本实用新型涉及一种低压电热毯用发热丝。
背景技术
目前使用较为广泛的电热毯所采用的低压发热丝为多股合金丝编制而成,从而造成发热丝过粗,影响舒适度,而且由于采用多股合金丝编制,成本较高,不能广泛推广,该种电热毯是在发热丝的外层只包一层PVC塑料,如果电热毯的绝缘层发生破损的话,那么里面的发热丝就会腐蚀,导致局部温度过高,引起电热毯起火,对家庭财产及人身安全造成危害。

本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种成本低、使用安全的低压电热毯用发热丝。
本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的发热丝为低压双螺旋发热丝,该发热丝由尼龙线及尼龙线上螺旋绕有的单根合金丝组成,所述发热丝外依次包有塑料层一、塑料层二,所述的塑料层一上螺旋绕有温度感应丝。
