技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压电热毯用发热丝。
背景技术
目前使用较为广泛的电热毯所采用的低压发热丝为多股合金丝编制而成,从而造成发热丝过粗,影响舒适度,而且由于采用多股合金丝编制,成本较高,不能广泛推广,该种电热毯是在发热丝的外层只包一层PVC塑料,如果电热毯的绝缘层发生破损的话,那么里面的发热丝就会腐蚀,导致局部温度过高,引起电热毯起火,对家庭财产及人身安全造成危害。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种成本低、使用安全的低压电热毯用发热丝。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的发热丝为低压双螺旋发热丝,该发热丝由尼龙线及尼龙线上螺旋绕有的单根合金丝组成,所述发热丝外依次包有塑料层一、塑料层二,所述的塑料层一上螺旋绕有温度感应丝。
本发明采用双螺旋结构,并由单根低阻合金丝绕制而成,生产成本低,其上包裹两层PVC塑料,并设置温度感应丝,具有超温保护的特性,在电热毯主体温度过高时,电热毯主体自动保护停止加热,解决了以往电热毯温度过高的问题,杜绝火灾的发生,提高了电热毯的安全系数。

具体实施方式
一种低压电热毯用发热丝,所述的发热丝为低压双螺旋发热丝,该发热丝由尼龙线1及尼龙线1上螺旋绕有的单根合金丝2组成,所述发热丝外依次包有塑料层一3、塑料层二5,所述的塑料层一3上螺旋绕有温度感应丝4,该塑料层一3为熔点在120-130℃的特殊塑料,该塑料层二5为熔点高于130℃的PVC材料,在电热毯主体温度超过130℃时,电热毯主体自动保护停止加热,避免火灾的发生。
