现有的防盗型BIPV玻璃幕墙组件,包括前玻璃和后玻璃,在前玻璃和后玻璃之间依次设有前EVA层、光伏太阳能电池层、后EVA层、TPT层,在TPT层和后玻璃之间有空间夹层,在后玻璃的后面设有与光伏太阳能电池层相接的接线盒;在前玻璃和后玻璃之间的周边有固定夹持框。这种结构的BIPV玻璃幕墙组件容易被破坏,防盗性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内侧具有加强件、防盗效果好、不易被破坏的防盗型BIPV玻璃幕墙组件,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的防盗型BIPV玻璃幕墙组件,包括前玻璃和后玻璃,在前玻璃和后玻璃之间依次设有前EVA层、光伏太阳能电池层、后EVA层、TPT层,在TPT层和后玻璃之间形成空间夹层,在后玻璃的后面设有与光伏太阳能电池层相接的接线盒;在前玻璃和后玻璃之间的周边有固定夹持框;在空间夹层内侧设有护栏。
本实用新型的防盗型BIPV玻璃幕墙组件,由于空间夹层内有护栏,提高了幕墙组件的防盗性能,不易被破坏,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:9为前玻璃,1为后玻璃,在前玻璃9和后玻璃1之间依次设有前EVA层8、光伏太阳能电池层7、后EVA层6、TPT层5,各层之间采用层压方式制作。在TPT层5和后玻璃1之间的周边有铝合金隔条3,隔条3的外侧灌注有胶,形成胶条4用于密封。在TPT层5和后玻璃1之间的中间部位形成空间夹层2。空间夹层2内设有护栏10,护栏10为金属护栏,可制作成网格状或其他形状,只要起到防护作用即可,护栏10被粘接夹持在后玻璃1和TPT层5之间。

1.一种防盗型BIPV玻璃幕墙组件,包括前玻璃(9)和后玻璃(1),在前玻璃(9)和后玻璃(1)之间依次设有前EVA层(8)、光伏太阳能电池层(7)、后EVA层(6)、TPT层(5),在TPT层(5)和后玻璃(1)之间形成空间夹层(2),在后玻璃(1)的后面设有与光伏太阳能电池层(7)相接的接线盒(11);在前玻璃(9)和后玻璃(1)之间的周边有固定夹持框;其特征在于:在空间夹层(2)内侧设有护栏(10)。
