本实用新型公开了一种嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,包括光伏太阳能电池层、位于光伏太阳能电池层后侧的后玻璃、接线盒,在后玻璃的前侧有空间夹层,在空间夹层的周边有隔条,隔条的外侧有灌注的胶条,在灌注的胶条的内侧镶嵌有与光伏太阳能电池层相接的接线盒,接线盒接有插座,插座上的插孔朝向玻璃幕墙的侧边。由于接线盒及其与光伏太阳能电池层相接的导线均位于玻璃幕墙组件的内侧,外侧无连接部件,方便包装和运输,在建筑物上施工安装时不致于碰损接线盒,克服了现有技术中接线盒经常被损坏的现象,相对降低了成本。

技术领域
本用新型涉及一种玻璃幕墙结构,特别是一种嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构。 
背景技术
现有的BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,包括前玻璃和后玻璃,在前玻璃和后玻璃之间依次设有前EVA层、光伏太阳能电池层、后EVA层、TPT层,在TPT层和后玻璃之间有空间夹层,在空间夹层的周边有隔条,隔条的外侧有灌注的胶条,在后玻璃的后面设有与光伏太阳能电池层相接的接线盒;在前玻璃和后玻璃之间的周边有固定夹持框。在建筑物外侧组装时,后玻璃位于建筑物一侧。这种结构的玻璃幕墙,接线盒与光伏太阳能电池层之间的连接导线和接线盒均位于玻璃幕墙组件的外侧,加工制作后,在包装、储藏、运输及安装过程中由于接线盒及与其相连接的导线均暴露在外,十分不便,经常被碰受损,造成不必要的麻烦。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种玻璃幕墙组件外侧无连接部件、接线盒及其与光伏太阳能电池层相连接的导线均位于玻璃幕墙内侧、方便包装运输及安装的嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,克服现有技术的不足。 
本实用新型的嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,包括光伏太阳能电池层、位于光伏太阳能电池层后侧的后玻璃、接线盒,在后玻璃的前侧有空间夹层,在空间夹层的周边有隔条,隔条的外侧有灌注的胶条,在灌注的胶条的内侧镶嵌有与光伏太阳能电池层相接的接线盒,接线盒接有插座,插座上的插孔朝向玻璃幕墙的侧边。 
本实用新型的嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,由于接线盒及其与光伏太阳能电池层相接的导线均位于玻璃幕墙组件的内侧,外侧无连接部件,方便包装和运输,在建筑物上施工安装时不致于碰损接线盒,克服了现有技术中接线盒经常被损坏的现象,相对降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:9为前玻璃,10为后玻璃,在前玻璃9和后玻璃10之间依次设有前EVA层8、光伏太阳能电池层7、后EVA层6、TPT层5,各层之间采用层压方式制作。在TPT层5和后玻璃1之间的周边有铝合金隔条3,隔条3的外侧灌注有胶,形成胶条4用于密封。在TPT层5和后玻璃1之间的中间部位形成空间夹层2。空间夹层2内充有惰性气体。 
如图2所示:在灌注胶条4的时候,将与光伏太阳能电池层7相接的接线盒11置于隔条3的外侧,接线盒11接有插座12,插座12上的插孔朝向玻璃幕墙的侧边,灌注胶形成胶条4后,接线盒11和插座12刚好位于其内,形成镶嵌式结构,在玻璃幕墙组件的外侧没有连接部件。 
在前玻璃9和后玻璃1之间的周边有铝合金材料的固定夹持框,使各层构成一个整体。在前玻璃9的前面贴覆有可透过0.4—1.1μm太阳光线的滤光膜10,滤光膜10可反射0.4—1.1μm太阳光线之外的光线,大大降低了玻璃幕墙组件的温度,延长其使用寿命。

1.一种嵌入接线盒式BIPV层状中空玻璃幕墙结构,包括光伏太阳能电池层(7)、位于光伏太阳能电池层(7)后侧的后玻璃(1)、接线盒(11),在后玻璃(1)的前侧有空间夹层(2),在空间夹层(2)的周边有隔条(3),隔条(3)的外侧有灌注的胶条(4),其特征在于:在灌注的胶条(4)的内侧镶嵌有与光伏太阳能电池层(7)相接的接线盒(11),接线盒(11)接有插座(12),插座(12)上的插孔朝向玻璃幕墙的侧边。
