汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置。在以往汽轮机轴承有故障需要检修时，都要将汽轮机的转子吊起（或移开）才能进行检修轴瓦，通常采用吊车或用人工拉葫芦来将汽轮机转子抬起来，这些操作即笨重，抬转子的速度又不稳，费时又费力。本实用新型的组成包括：两侧具有凸出（

Description
技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置。
背景技术：
在以往汽轮机轴承有故障需要检修时，都要将汽轮机的转子吊起（或移开）才能进行检修轴瓦，而此时不需要将汽轮机的汽缸拆开，由于汽轮机缸体内部有许多部套与转子间的间隙非常的小（如轴封与转子间的间隙非常的小，仅有1mm左右。）若不小心发生动静磕碰，就会损坏一些部件（如汽封圈就会被损坏），这就需要用吊车或用人工拉葫芦来将汽轮机转子抬起来，而这些操作即笨重，抬转子的速度又不稳，费时又费力。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置，十分的便利，而人工仅用普通搬手即可操作，省时省力。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置，其组成包括：两侧具有凸出的半圆形托起环，所述的半圆形托起环的两侧的凸出上分别连接顶起螺丝，所述的顶起螺丝下面具有支撑块。
有益效果：
1．在机组小修需要对轴承进行检修或需要在某项检修时仅需将转子抬起一定高度，不用将转子吊走时，只需要将本实用新型放置在前后轴承箱下半挡油环处，用顶起螺钉顶在支撑块上，进行旋转特制顶起螺钉，而会将托起环抬起，同时将托起汽轮机转子，使转子抬离轴承瓦面一定的高度，此时即可将轴瓦进行翻转检修，十分的便利，而人工仅用普通搬手即可操作，省时省力。
2．对于不同的机组仅是托起环的内环直径有变化，同时与轴承箱下半挡油环配合处的开挡尺寸有变化，再则根据转子重量把顶起螺钉的螺钉尺寸和支撑块的尺寸进行加大，本实用新型就可以适用于万千瓦以下不同功率的汽轮机上。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置，其组成包括：两侧具有凸出1的半圆形托起环2，所述的半圆形托起环2的两侧的凸出1上分别连接顶起螺丝3，所述的顶起螺丝下面具有支撑块4。
工作过程：使用时将本实用新型放置在转子5的前后轴承箱下半挡油环处，用顶起螺钉顶在支撑块上，进行旋转特制顶起螺钉，而会将托起环抬起，同时将托起汽轮机转子，使转子抬离轴承瓦面一定的高度，此时即可将轴瓦进行翻转检修。

1. 一种汽轮机轴承检修用转子托起装置，其特征是：其组成包括：两侧具有凸出的半圆形托起环，所述的半圆形托起环的两侧的凸出上分别连接顶起螺丝，所述的顶起螺丝下面具有支撑块。
