背景技术
伸线机是铜线拉伸延长的必要设备之一，主要由进线机构、伸线机构、排线机构和收线机构组成。伸线机构和排线机构设置于伸线机机箱内，进线机构一般设置在机箱侧旁，运行时铜线从进线机构进线，经过机箱侧面的进线孔至伸线机构，再经伸线机构拉伸延长后，最后收纳在收线机构中。然而，铜线从进线孔进线时，因铜线与孔壁快速摩擦容易导致铜线损伤、甚至断裂的情况，不仅影响了伸线后铜线的质量，而且降低了工作效率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种细线伸线机。本实用新型既能避免铜线与进线孔的摩擦，既保证了铜线的质量，又提高了工作效率。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种细线伸线机，包括机箱，机箱的侧面设有进线孔，进线孔处设有固定架，固定架上设有滑轮轴，滑轮轴上架设有滑轮。
上述的细线伸线机中，所述的滑轮轴的外侧设有一根导向轴。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过在进线孔处设置固定架，再在固定架上设置滑轮轴，滑轮轴上架设有滑轮，铜线经滑轮再进入机箱进行拉伸延伸；铜线与滑轮的接触为滚动摩擦，避免了铜线与进线孔的摩擦，保证了铜线的质量；同时也避免了因铜线断线需停机检修的问题，提高了工作效率。滑轮轴的外侧设有一根导向轴是为了避免铜线与固定架沿边发生摩擦，保证了铜线的质量。
