背景技术
现有技术中的工业用连接器的公插和母插对插在一起时，就形成一个连接通路。在实际使用中往往有多对同样的连接器并排使用，因此常出现插错的问题。

针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种新型的工业连接器编码机构。该编码机构为不同的连接器进行编码，防止不同连接器对插错误的发生。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案为：
工业连接器编码机构，该编码机构包括一对插接在一起的公插和母插，还包括一对插接在一起公编码销和母编码销，所述的公编码销和母编码销分别对应插接于公插和母插内；所述的公编码销和母编码销相应的插接部为一段T型销柱和一T型销孔；所述的公编码销与公插相应的插接部为一段多瓣均布花形销柱和一段多瓣均布花形销孔；所述的母编码销与母插相应的插接部为一段多瓣均布花形销柱和一段多瓣均布花形销孔。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于：
本实用新型工业连接器通过设置于公编码销和母编码销上的多瓣均布花形销柱分别与公插和母插相应插接，实现公编码销或母编码销分别插入公插或母插时有多个不同的角度位置，以对应多种编码方式。并通过公插的T型销柱和母插的T型销孔的准确对插，防止不同连接器对插错误的发生。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本实用新型。
如图1、2所示的工业连接器编码机构，该编码机构包括一对插接在一起的公插3和母插4，还包括一对插接在一起公编码销1和母编码销2，如图3、4、5所示，所述的公编码销1和母编码销2分别对应插接于公插3和母插4内。
如图1、2所示，所述的公编码销1和母编码销2相应的插接部为一段T型销柱11和一T型销孔21；所述的公编码销1与公插3相应的插接部为一段多瓣均布花形销柱和一段多瓣均布花形销孔，如图2所示，本实用新型设置于公编码销1上的多瓣均布花形销柱为对称六瓣梅花形销柱12，设置于公插的多瓣均布花形销孔为对称六瓣梅花形销孔31。所述的母编码销2与母插4相应的插接部为一段多瓣均布花形销柱和一段多瓣均布花形销孔。如图1所示，本实用新型设置于母编码销2上的多瓣均布花形销柱为对称六瓣梅花形销柱22，设置于母插4上的多瓣均布花形销孔为对称六瓣梅花形销孔41。
当公编码销1上的T型销柱11准确插接于母编码销2上的T型销孔21内时，对插才能实现。公编码销1和母编码销2上的对称六瓣梅花形销柱12、22与公插3和母插4的对称六瓣梅花形销孔31、41的六个不同角度的插接，可实现六种不同的编码方式。

2.如权利要求1所述的工业连接器编码机构，其特征在于：设置于公编码销和母编码销上的多瓣均布花形销柱为对称六瓣梅花形销柱，设置于公插和母插上的多瓣均布花形销孔为对称六瓣梅花形销孔。
