背景技术
目前市场上常见的卡车用散热器芯子厚度多在50mm左右,其上下水室宽度多在90mm-110mm之间,再通过钢质护板与卡车车架相连。此种设计导致散热器自重很大,且占用过多整车空间,在牺牲整车燃油经济性之外还限制了散热器热交换效率的提升。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纤细散热器,解决传统散热器体积大自重大的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种纤细散热器,包括散热器芯,固定在散热器芯上下端的水室以及卡在水室两侧通过螺钉固定的护板,其特征是,所述的水室端部在前部、后部和侧部三个面上分别设有前凸台、后凸台和侧凸台,前凸台和后凸台上还设有螺钉安装孔;所述的护板的两端分别设有与前凸台、后凸台和侧凸台对应的方孔;所述的前凸台和后凸台分别设有倒角。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将螺钉安装孔集成在凸台之上,使得护板高度大幅减小,总体结构更为紧凑,简洁,实现了降重降成本降体积的目的,并使得护风罩厚度可进一步加深30mm以上,换热效率得到15%的提升。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2,图3,图4所示,一种纤细散热器,包括散热器芯1,固定在散热器芯1上下端的水室2以及卡在水室2两侧通过螺钉4固定的护板3,所述的水室2端部在前部、后部和侧部三个面上分别设有前凸台21、后凸台和侧凸台22,前凸台21和后凸台上还设有螺钉安装孔23;所述的护板3的两端分别设有与前凸台21、后凸台和侧凸22台对应的方孔31;所述的前凸台21和后凸台分别设有倒角。
由于将螺钉安装孔23集成在前凸台21和后凸台之上,水室2和护板3宽度可调整为70mm,使得散热器自重下降2.5Kg以上,并使得护风罩厚度可进一步加深30mm以上,换热效率提升15%。前凸台21和后凸台均留有30°倒角,方便护板3的安装,同时也能防止安装钢质护板时破坏塑料水室凸台,方孔31与水室前凸台21、后凸台和侧凸台22一一对应,方孔31尺寸大于前凸台21、后凸台和侧凸台22尺寸0.5mm以预留安装间隙。而护板3上侧的方孔31除去此间隙外,还留有更多9mm的间隙,以保证散热器热胀冷缩所需要的上下伸缩空间。本实用新型在保证散热功能的基础上进行了最大程度的简化设计,物料利用率更高,模具设计也更为容易,产品的可靠性、稳定性有了大幅提升,具有很强的实用价值和经济价值。

1.一种纤细散热器,包括散热器芯,固定在散热器芯上下端的水室以及卡在水室两侧通过螺钉固定的护板,其特征是,所述的水室端部在前部、后部和侧部三个面上分别设有前凸台、后凸台和侧凸台,前凸台和后凸台上还设有螺钉安装孔;所述的护板的两端分别设有与前凸台、后凸台和侧凸台对应的方孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤细散热器,其特征是,所述的前凸台和后凸台分别设有倒角。
