本实用新型涉及平网印花机刮刀研磨机的吸尘装置。
背景技术
在对平网印花机刮刀的磨刀过程中，会因砥石在刮刀研磨而产生粉尘，粉尘如果不集中排出，会极大地污染环境，损害操作人员的健康。然而，对于平网印花机刮刀的刀刃而言，要求准、直，对上述粉尘的处理极易造成研磨机头、刮刀安装架的震动而影响磨刀质量。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种平网印花机刮刀研磨机的吸尘装置，既能有效吸尘又不会影响研磨机磨刀。为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括罩在磨刀砥石外的吸尘罩，处于平网印花机刮刀研磨机底部的集尘箱，所述集尘箱具有进风口和出风口，所述出风口和鼓风机连接，所述进风口通过可弯曲的风管和吸尘罩连接，所述集尘箱内设有过滤袋。
所述可弯曲的风管中至少有一段为可伸缩的塑料管。
所述鼓风机的进风口和集尘箱的出风口通过软管相连。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案，吸尘装置对研磨过程中产生的粉尘能进行及时有效的吸纳，并把粉尘集中到集尘箱中，不会使粉尘四处飞散，有利于环保。同时，集尘箱和鼓风机处在印花机刮刀研磨机底部，与研磨机头及刮刀安装架没有连接关系，不会影响研磨机磨刀，保证研磨机磨刀性能的充分发挥。

参照附图。本实用新型包括罩在磨刀砥石1外的吸尘罩2、集尘箱5、鼓风机7。
集尘箱5和鼓风机7处于平网印花机刮刀研磨机底部，比如安装在研磨机的地基上。
所述集尘箱具有进风口51和出风口52，所述出风口52和鼓风机7连接，所述进风口51通过可弯曲的风管3和吸尘罩2连接，所述集尘箱5内设有过滤袋8。
所述可弯曲的风管3中至少有一段为可伸缩的塑料管，所述鼓风机的进风口71和集尘箱的出风口52通过软管6相连。这样，进一步地切断了鼓风机工作中产生的震动向研磨机头及刮刀安装架传递的可能性。

1.平网印花机刮刀研磨机的吸尘装置，其特征在于它包括罩在磨刀砥石外的吸尘罩、集尘箱、鼓风机，集尘箱和鼓风机处于平网印花机刮刀研磨机底部，所述集尘箱具有进风口和出风口，所述出风口和鼓风机连接，所述进风口通过可弯曲的风管和吸尘罩连接，所述集尘箱内设有过滤袋。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种平网印花机刮刀研磨机的吸尘装置，其特征在于所述可弯曲的风管中至少有一段为可伸缩的塑料管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种平网印花机刮刀研磨机的吸尘装置，其特征在于所述鼓风机的进风口和集尘箱的出风口通过软管相连。
