背景技术：
研磨是超精密加工中一种重要加工方法，其优点是加工精度高，加工材料范围广。但传统研磨存在加工效率低、加工成本高、加工精度和加工质量不稳定等缺点这使得传统研磨应用受到了一定限制，且现有的研磨机在使用时产生的灰尘容易污染环境，使用很不方便。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种具有除尘装置的新型的研磨机，它结构简单，设计合理，使用方便，不仅能提高了研磨水平，保证了研磨加工精度和加工质量的同时，还显著降低加工成本，提高加工效率，且设置有吸尘设备，可将研磨过程中产生的灰尘吸入吸尘装置，减少了环境的污染。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：它包含机架1、工件固定装置2、工作台面3、研磨机构4、旋转轴5、吸尘罩6、吸尘管7、连接固定装置8和废渣收集筒9，机架1的上方设置有工作台面3, 工作台面3的上方一侧固定设置有工件固定装置2，且工作台面3的下方连接有研磨机构4, 研磨机构4的下方连接有旋转轴5, 机架1的一侧通过连接固定装置8固定设置有废渣收集筒9, 废渣收集筒9的上方与吸尘管7连接，吸尘管7的前端与吸尘罩6连接。
所述的废渣收集筒9的内部设置有吸风机9-1。

所述的废渣收集筒9的内部设置有吸风机9-1。
