技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨搅拌桨,用于生产金属镓和金属镓的非金属合金材料。
背景技术
金属镓的熔点:29.78±0.005℃,固态镓呈淡蓝色,液态镓呈银白色。固态镓存在原子对,其原子对内部结合力强,双原子镓的密度随着温度升高而降低。25℃时为5.99g/cm3,1100℃为5.44g/cm3。金属镓在熔融状态时高温升华气体,能腐蚀98%以上金属。
发明内容
针对现有技术中金属镓的特点,本发明是在金属镓合金生产中通过数种金属、非金属材料搅拌桨试验后取得的。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种石墨搅拌桨,其特征在于,它包括本体1和叶片2,所述本体1是高强度光谱纯石墨本体1,所述叶片2是锯齿形螺纹车削叶片2。
上述的石墨搅拌桨,其进一步特征在于,所述叶片2是径行四叶片布置;所述叶片2与所述本体1一体式,并且涡轮式向下分布;所述叶片2螺距48mm,齿高41.65mm。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:采用高分子光谱级石墨制作的搅拌桨生产金属镓合金耐腐蚀、无污染、纯度高。本发明的设计尺寸放大10倍以内和缩小10倍以上均可正常使用。

参见图1、图2所示本发明实施例的石墨搅拌桨,本件为石墨搅拌器,采用高强度光谱纯石墨制作本体1,搅拌叶片2按锯齿形螺纹车削,径行四叶片布置,涡轮式向下分布,螺距t=48mm,齿高h=41.65mm。齿形按图车削,可以将齿厚减薄,即将齿顶厚减小,根部圆弧半径加大,强度也足够。
