柔性电力电缆应用于需要较高柔性的场合,一般采用柔性导体,在导体外包裹绝缘层、屏蔽层和护套,但柔性电力电缆的屏蔽层通常为铜带屏蔽层,铜带屏蔽层会在一定程度上影响柔性电力电缆的柔性,使柔性电力电缆的柔性下降。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种柔性更高的柔性电力电缆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种柔性电力电缆,包括柔性导体、套设在柔性导体外的绝缘层、套设在绝缘层外的屏蔽层以及套设在最外层的护套,屏蔽层是由多根铜丝紧密排列绞合而成。 
本实用新型的屏蔽层采用铜丝构成,紧密排列的铜丝相比铜带屏蔽层在相同的厚度下,密度更小,不仅相对提高了柔性,还能节省铜材料。 
本实用新型进一步设置为所述柔性导体由极细铜丝绞合而成。 
本实用新型采用由极细铜丝构成的柔性导体能确保导体部分的柔性。

如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种柔性电力电缆,包括柔性导体1、导体屏蔽2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽4、屏蔽层5、护套 6,柔性导体1是由极细铜丝束绞构成的软导体,柔性导体1外套设有导体屏蔽2,绝缘层3设置在导体屏蔽2外,绝缘屏蔽4设置在绝缘层3外,屏蔽层5是由多根铜丝紧密排列绞合而成,屏蔽层5绞合缠绕在绝缘屏蔽4外,屏蔽层5外设置护套6。
