普通控制电缆为对条绝缘线芯通过分层统一绞合而成,使用过程中不同的线芯在传输信号进相互干扰较大。

本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种传输信号相互干扰小的对绞控制电缆。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,本实用新型对绞控制电缆由绝缘线芯、铝塑带、金属丝编织屏蔽及外护套构成,绝缘线芯由一对或若干对规格相同的绝缘线芯绞合而成,不同线对绞向相同,绞合节距不同。绝缘线芯经对绞后再统一成缆。在对绞绝缘线芯外面包有铝塑带和铜丝编织屏蔽网,在外层是电缆护套。

2.根据权利要求1所述的对绞控制电缆,其特征是在对绞绝缘线芯外面包有铝塑带,用铜丝编织屏蔽网包裹,绕包铝塑带,最外层是电缆护套。
