本实用新型公开了一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂,其包括托臂主体,托臂主体为镀锌角钢;在托臂主体上设有连接孔,在连接孔上套装有橡胶垫,橡胶垫为“T”型结构,上、下两个端面为圆形,上端面面积大于下端面。优点在于:结构简单、安全可靠、制作和施工方便,可以有效解决铝合金桥架与镀锌托臂之间的电化腐蚀造成的托臂主体损坏。

防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种支撑托臂,尤其涉及一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂。 
背景技术:
目前,在石油、化工、冶金行业及电力大中小型机组中,电缆桥架布置及电缆敷设是提高自动化,保证设备安全运行的重要组成部分。电缆敷设在电缆桥架内,而电缆桥架由镀锌的托臂、立柱等进行有效支撑。桥架托臂选取上必须具备足够的机械强度,也应注意到所选用的材料与铝合金接触使用时,能否保持较好的耐腐蚀性和达到设计寿命要求。镀锌的碳素钢托臂与铝合金接触面在空气中水分、二氧化碳和其他杂质的作用下极易形成电解液,从而形成原电池,使铝产生电化腐蚀,从而损坏托臂。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安全可靠、制作和施工方便的防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂。 
本实用新型由如下技术方案实施:一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂,其包括托臂主体,在所述托臂主体上设有连接孔,在所述连接孔上套装有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫为“T”型结构,上、下两个端面为圆形,所述上端面面积大于所述下端面。 
所述托臂主体为镀锌角钢。 
本实用新型的优点:结构简单、安全可靠、制作和施工方便,可以有效解决铝合金桥架与镀锌托臂之间的电化腐蚀造成的托臂主体损坏。

具体实施方式:如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示,一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂,其包括托臂主体1,托臂主体1为镀锌角钢;在托臂主体1上设有连接孔2,在连接孔2上套装有橡胶垫3,橡胶垫3为“T”型结构,橡胶垫3上、下两个端面为圆形,上端面4面积大于下端面5。 
使用方法: 
如图8所示,在水平放置托臂主体1上设有为铝合金桥架6,托臂主体1用于支撑铝合金桥架6;橡胶垫3通过连接孔2与托臂主体 1进行紧密连接,上端面4用以在托臂主体1和铝合金桥架6之间进行支撑,从而使铝合金桥架6与托臂主体1之间通过橡胶垫3进行充分的隔离,有效地避免了电化腐蚀的发生;下端面5突出的圆形边用以卡住托臂主体1的连接孔2,防止橡胶垫3从托臂主体1上滑脱,以保持最佳的支撑。

1.一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂,其特征在于,其包括托臂主体,在所述托臂主体上设有连接孔,在所述连接孔上套装有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫为“T”型结构,上、下两个端面为圆形,所述上端面面积大于所述下端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防电化腐蚀的桥架托臂,其特征在于,所述托臂主体为镀锌角钢。
