传统安装在拖拉机变速箱里的倒挡过渡齿轮的轴孔内装有轴套,轴套又套装在倒挡过渡齿轮轴上,倒挡过渡齿轮轴固定安装在变速箱体上。在挂倒挡时,需要利用该倒挡过渡齿轮才能进行倒挡操作,由于拖拉机经常需要倒挡操作,因此,该倒挡过渡齿轮的使用率高,而现有结构的倒挡过渡齿轮与倒挡过渡齿轮轴之间有铜套,为滑动配合关系,容易发生磨损,滑动性不好,故障率高。

如图1所示,倒挡过渡齿轮1的轴孔内套装有两组滚动轴承2,两组滚动轴承2的轴孔套装在倒挡过渡齿轮轴3上,倒挡过渡齿轮轴3固定安装在变速箱体上。 
由于倒挡过渡齿轮1与倒挡过渡齿轮轴3通过滚动轴承2形成滚动配合关系,产生的摩擦系数小,从而大大降低磨损,故障率低。 
本实用新型采用的滚动轴承2可以是滚珠轴承,也可以是滚柱轴承。
