本实用新型涉及一种紧固装置，尤其是涉及一种用于动车组上，对动车组对防寒材进行紧固的装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对高速列车的需求也越来越大，因而动车组得到了人们的追捧。在冬季，为了提高了动车的安全性能，防止控制系统而过冷而失效，尤其是对于经常行驶于北方寒冷地区的动车，尤其是需要对动车进行防寒操作，一般在动车车厢顶棚上覆盖上一层防寒材，防寒材的材质为在玻璃纤维棉上复合阻燃型玻纤贴面，一般采用压接或直接黏贴的方式进行安装紧固，施工较为复杂，施工效率高低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种安装方便、能有效提高施工效率的防寒紧固装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种防寒紧固装置，所述装置包含有紧固钉、压片和钉帽，所述紧固钉包含有底座，所述底座顶部设置有粘连层，底部竖向向下设置有钉体，所述压片中心开有通孔，所述压片通过通孔套装于钉体上，所述钉帽套装于钉体的钉头上。
本实用新型防寒紧固装置，所述压片在通孔的四周向下翻折有翻边。

本实用新型采用紧固钉和压片的安装方式，操作简单方便，大大提高了工作效率。

参见图1~3，本实用新型涉及的一种防寒紧固装置，所述装置包含有紧固钉1、压片2和钉帽3，所述紧固钉1包含有底座1.1，所述底座1.1顶部设置有粘连层，底部竖向向下设置有钉体1.2，所述压片2中心开有通孔2.1，所述压片2通过通孔2.1套装于钉体1.2上，且通孔2.1的四周向下翻折有翻边2.2，所述钉帽3套装于钉体1.2的钉头上。
使用时，先将紧固钉1通过顶部的粘连层固定在动车车厢顶棚上，随后在钉体1.2上压上防寒材，然后套上压片2，由于压片2在通孔2.1的四周向下翻折有翻边2.2，因而牢牢的将防寒材卡紧在底座1.1和压片2之间，最后，在钉体1.2的钉头上套上钉帽3，防止钉头划伤人。

1.一种防寒紧固装置，其特征在于：所述装置包含有紧固钉（1）、压片（2）和钉帽（3），所述紧固钉（1）包含有底座（1.1），所述底座（1.1）顶部设置有粘连层，底部竖向向下设置有钉体（1.2），所述压片（2）中心开有通孔（2.1），所述压片（2）通过通孔（2.1）套装于钉体（1.2）上，所述钉帽（3）套装于钉体（1.2）的钉头上。
