技术领域
本实用新型涉及轧钢车间加热炉出钢机领域,尤其涉及一种新型加热炉出料杆衬板。
背景技术
目前,轧钢车间加热炉出钢机的出料杆,多为齿条式传送方式,在出料杆前端必须设有衬板,否则在取送钢坯的过程中会对出料杆本体造成磨损。传统的出料杆衬板多为普通的板状衬板,在生产实践中发现,这种传统的衬板设计存在诸多缺陷,首先,固定衬板的螺栓由于长时间工作于高温环境中,发生了蠕变,致使更换衬板作业非常困难;另外,在取送钢坯的过程中,经常因误操作或其他原因导致衬板前端和钢坯发生冲撞,严重时,因撞击造成螺栓全部折断,而此时,折在出料杆本体的螺纹部分极难取出,一次小小的事故可能造成相当长时间的停产,得不偿失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型加热炉出料杆衬板,当发生误操作时,能方便更换,减少事故停机时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种新型加热炉出料杆衬板,其特征在于,为槽形结构,两侧板对应设有通孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:1)结构简单,当衬板和钢坯相撞时,衬板螺栓损坏率低,降低了衬板消耗;2)拆装方便,衬板容易更换,减少了停机维修时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
见图1、图2,是本实用新型一种新型加热炉出料杆衬板实施例结构示意图,衬板1设置在出料杆2的前端,出料杆2尾部与滑板6相连接,滑板6下侧设有齿条7,齿条7与齿轮4啮合,滑板6上侧与压辊5接触,出料杆2中部设有走行轮3,衬板1为槽形结构,两侧板对应设有三个通孔,衬板1通过螺栓8与出料杆2相连接,螺栓8由侧面穿入。
当衬板1前端与钢坯碰撞时,衬板1及螺栓8损坏程度下降,实践证明,这种通孔式设计大大提高了更换衬板及螺栓的方便程度。
