本实用新型涉及电机冷却领域,具体地说是一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机,包括电机壳体、定子、转子总成、轴承、水泵壳体和水泵叶轮,其特征在于所述电机壳体(1)两端连接端盖(4),电机壳体内壁连接环形定子(2),所述电机壳体(1)内部设有转子总成(3),转子总成(3)一端连接水泵叶轮(7),水泵叶轮(7)外罩有水泵壳体(8),转子总成(3)与端盖(4)之间设有轴承(5),水泵腔体(9)与端盖(4)之间设有水封;本实用新型的优点在于:水泵与电机结构一体化,减少了水泵的单独动力源、高压转低压的DC/DC和相应的线束等元器件,结构简单,可靠性高,对电动汽车的材料成本也有降低。

[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及电机冷却领域,具体地说是一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机。
[背景技术]
目前,很多电动汽车的驱动电机都为水冷电机,采用一个单独的电机对水泵进行驱动来使冷却水循环。这样的结构占用空间比较大,而且成本高,还增加了车重。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是合针对上述不足,设计一种节约空间、减少车重的驱动电机。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机,包括电机壳体、定子、转子总成、轴承、水泵壳体和水泵叶轮,其特征在于所述电机壳体(1)两端连接端盖(4),电机壳体内壁连接环形定子(2),所述电机壳体(1)内部设有转子总成(3),转子总成(3)一端连接水泵叶轮(7),水泵叶轮(7)外罩有水泵壳体(8),转子总成(3)与端盖(4)之间设有轴承(5),水泵腔体(9)与端盖(4)之间设有水封。
所述水泵壳体(8)中间开有通孔连接进水管,所述水泵壳体侧面开有通孔连接出水管。
所述水泵腔体(9)内设有冷却水。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其优点在于:水泵与电机结构一体化,减少了水泵的单独动力源、高压转低压的DC/DC和相应的线束等元器件,结构简单,可靠性高,对电动汽车的材料成本也有降低。

[具体实施方式]
以下结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括电机壳体、定子、转子总成、轴承、水泵壳体和水泵叶轮;电机壳体(1)两端连接端盖(4),电机壳体内壁连接环形定子(2),电机壳体(1)内部设有转子总成(3),转子总成(3)一端连接水泵叶轮(7),水泵叶轮(7)外罩有水泵壳体(8),转子总成(3)与端盖(4)之间设有轴承(5),水泵腔体(9)与端盖(4)之间设有水封。
水泵壳体(8)中间开有通孔连接进水管,所述水泵壳体侧面开有通孔连接出水管。
水泵腔体(9)内设有冷却水。
水泵与电机结构一体化,水泵叶轮(8)安装在电机转子总成(3)上,在电机运转时,电机转子带动水泵叶轮(8)运转,使水泵腔体(9)内的冷却水进行循环。水泵运转的动力源为驱动电机,只要车辆行驶水泵就同步运转,在车辆不行驶的时候驱动电机也不工作,此时水泵不运转。

1.一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机,包括电机壳体、定子、转子总成、轴承、水泵壳体和水泵叶轮,其特征在于所述电机壳体(1)两端连接端盖(4),电机壳体内壁连接环形定子(2),所述电机壳体(1)内部设有转子总成(3),转子总成(3)一端连接水泵叶轮(7),水泵叶轮(7)外罩有水泵壳体(8),转子总成(3)与端盖(4)之间设有轴承(5),水泵腔体(9)与端盖(4)之间设有水封。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机,其特征在于所述水泵壳体(8)中间开有通孔连接进水管,所述水泵壳体侧面开有通孔连接出水管。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用水冷驱动电机,其特征在于所述水泵腔体(9)内设有冷却水。
