背景技术
C型导电泡棉主要应用于通信通讯器材,作为拐角的导电衬垫和屏蔽使用,因此对导电性能、规格尺寸有较高的要求。
传统用到的C型导电泡棉,因C型的两面厚度不同,加工难度过大,一次成型难度大,所以采用将两个厚度不同的矩形导电泡棉分别成型,然后采用人工粘合的方法来制作。这样不仅用料浪费、人工耗时多、导电效果差,而且个别部位粘合不紧密、C型拐角角度不易控制。

本实用新型的具体实施方式如下:如图1所示,一种C型导电泡棉模夹具,包括模具和夹具,所述的模具包括基体1,所述的基体1为长方体,基体1上设有C形凹陷2;所述的夹具为一个空心体,空心形状与C形凹陷2相对应。
工作时,先将自动成型机设定到规定的温度、速度、孔位,然后根据工艺设定的要求,安装C型模具、C型夹具,泡棉依次由夹具进入模具,实现C型导电泡棉的一次直接成型,裁切。
