背景技术
换热器是一种将热量从一种载热介质传递给另一种载热介质的装置。目前的换热器的形式多样,但其换热效果却相差甚远,这些换热器换热效果好坏的主要还是体现在材质上的差异。目前市面的换热器结构单一,换热效果不理想,热量不能充分被转换使用,使大量热能浪费,目前市面也没有带采热钉的换热器。

本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种能有效提高换热效果的带采热钉换热器,满足需求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种带采热钉换热器,包括壳体,壳体顶端设有燃烧室,壳体内设有加热腔,加热腔侧壁上设有一组采热钉,该组采热钉由上至下交错排列且逐渐密集布置。这样,燃烧室设在壳体顶端,火焰由上至下燃烧,采热钉交错排列且逐渐密集布置可大大增加火焰与采热钉接触面积,使大多燃烧产生的热量都能被密集的采热钉所吸收转换,而且热气热量的是向上运动的,这使采热钉能重复的吸收未被吸收转换的热量,大大增强热转换效率。
进一步,采热钉为圆柱状结构。这样便于采热钉均匀的吸收采热钉周围各方向的热量。加热腔内对称侧壁上均设有采热钉,对称侧壁上的采热钉由上至下逐渐相向靠拢,这样可减少热量的流失,使热能得到充分转换利用,减少资源浪费。
本实用新型有益的效果是:本实用新型的结构紧凑、合理,通过燃烧室、加热腔、采热钉的合理布置,使采热钉能与燃烧火焰充分接触,使热量能充分的被采热钉吸收转换。本实用新型生产成本合理,热转换效率高,使用效果好,值得推广应用。

参照附图:本实施例中的这种带采热钉换热器,包括壳体1,壳体1顶端设有燃烧室2,壳体1内设有加热腔3,加热腔3内对称侧壁上均设有圆柱状的采热钉4,采热钉4由上至下交错排列且逐渐密集布置。对称侧壁上的采热钉4由上至下逐渐相向靠拢。
使用时,火焰从燃烧室2到加热腔3由上至下燃烧,与交错排列且逐渐密集布置的采热钉4充分接触,使大部分热量能被采热钉4充分吸收,少数未被吸收转换的热量运动到加热腔3底端,再向上运动,二次遇到的采热钉4时被吸收转换。本实用新型热转换效率高,使用效果好,值得推广应用。
