本实用新型公开了一种无比钢建筑楼面系统,包括网格式骨架,网格式骨架内填充有保温材料构成保温层,在网格式骨架上面设置有钢制楼板,在楼板上面设置有地面装饰层。这种楼面系统具有节能环保,成本低,重量轻,保温性能好以及可重复利用等优点,符合工厂化制作、现场施工干作业的建筑施工发展趋势,完全能够克服常用现浇钢筋混凝土楼板不够节能环保,自重大,不保温以及混凝土无法重复利用等缺点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无比钢建筑楼面系统,属于建筑技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,桁架是由直杆组成的一般具有三角形单元的平面或空间结构。在荷载作用下,桁架杆件主要承受轴向拉力或压力,从而能充分利用材料的强度,在跨度较大时可比实腹梁节省材料,减轻自重和增大刚度,故适用于较大跨度的承重结构和高耸结构,如屋架、桥梁、输电线路塔、卫星发射塔、水工闸门、起重机架等。
常用的桁架有钢桁架、钢筋混凝土桁架、预应力混凝土桁架、木桁架、钢与木组合桁架、钢与混凝土组合桁架。桁架按外形分有三角形桁架、梯形桁架、多边形桁架、平行弦桁架及空腹桁架。在选择桁架形式时,应综合考虑桁架的用途、材料、支承方式和施工条件,在满足使用要求的前提下,力求制造和安装所用的材料和劳动量为最小。
在现有技术中,“web light-gauge steel joist structure”、简称“web steel”、中文译名为“无比钢”,是由加拿大英特兰公司开发的,主要结构体系为热镀锌钢管桁架为梁柱构件单元组成的结构体系,该结构形式在北美诸多国家以及中国已有应用。无比钢建筑材料具有以下优点:(1)轻便而易于操作,运输费用低廉;(2)无比钢构件强度高耐久性好;(3)无比钢建筑材料的生产制作都是按照标准来预切长度和角度;(4)无比钢结构体系密封性好,可有效防止害虫的入侵;(5)不会腐蚀,破碎,裂开,或者弯曲:无比钢结构框架直立稳固,无比钢使墙体和楼板平直而且没有任何的偏移和扭曲,甚至屋顶轮廓线也可保持不变形;(6)能顶抗最恶劣的外部环境;(7)无比钢结构备受保险公司青睐:无比钢结构住宅安全系数高意味着低额保险费用;(8)无比钢结构可以充分利用资源:量身定做的无比钢结构几乎不会造成材料的浪费;(9)安装迅速节省劳动力;(10)可收回再利用;(11)成本合理;(12)无比钢的维修翻新更容易;(13)能量利用高效;(13)防湿防潮。
目前,我国的房屋建筑主要采用现浇钢筋混凝土楼盖作为建筑内部楼面板。由于钢筋混凝土楼板施工过程中需要大量的人力,施工过程中多为湿作业,易对环境造成污染,不符合工厂化制作、现场施工干作业的建筑施工发展趋势。而且钢筋混凝土材料自重大,热阻值较小,节能保温性能差,导致室内热舒适性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无比钢建筑楼面系统,这种楼面系统能够克服常用现浇钢筋混凝土楼板不够节能环保,自重大,不保温以及混凝土无法重复利用等缺点。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种无比钢建筑楼面系统,包括网格式骨架,网格式骨架内填充有保温材料构成保温层,在网格式骨架上面设置有钢制楼板,在楼板上面设置有地面装饰层。
所述网格式骨架包括无比钢桁架系统,所述无比钢桁架系统是钢管之间用多个无比钢用V型连接件通过螺钉固定连接而成。
所述保温层为岩棉板、珍珠岩保温板、发泡水泥板或发泡石膏板。
所述地面装饰层为木板或地板砖。
所述钢管为热镀锌方形管或矩形管。
所述无比钢用V型连接件为V型钢板,V型钢板的V型边的至少一侧设置有翻边式加强筋,V型钢板的三个端部设置有螺钉孔。
所述V型钢板的V型边表面上设置有凹槽,在钢板上压制凹槽,可有效防止钢板被拉扯变形。
所述V型钢板为热镀锌钢板,其厚度为0.84-2.0mm。
所述V型钢板的三个端部各设置有三个螺钉孔。V型钢板的端部留有螺钉孔用来紧固自攻螺钉使钢管彼此平行。
所述V型钢板的V型边的一侧或两侧设置有翻边式加强筋,加强筋的作用在于:在不增加钢板厚度的情况下,可以增加钢板的强度和刚性,防止钢板扭曲变形。
本实用新型无比钢建筑楼面系统,由网格式骨架、保温层、钢制楼板以及地面装饰层构成。这种楼面系统具有节能环保,成本低,重量轻,保温性能好以及可重复利用等优点,符合工厂化制作、现场施工干作业的建筑施工发展趋势,完全能够克服常用现浇钢筋混凝土楼板不够节能环保,自重大,不保温以及混凝土无法重复利用等缺点。

如说明书附图1-2所示,本实用新型一种无比钢建筑楼面系统,包括网格式骨架4,网格式骨架4内填充有保温材料构成保温层3,保温层3为岩棉板,在网格式骨架4上面设置有钢制楼板2,在楼板上面设置有地面装饰层1,地面装饰层1为木板。网格式骨架4包括无比钢桁架系统5,无比钢桁架系统5是钢管6之间用多个无比钢用V型连接件7通过螺钉固定连接而成。钢管6为热镀锌方形管。V型连接件7为V型钢板,V型钢板为热镀锌薄壁钢板,其厚度为0.84mm。V型钢板的V型边8的两侧设置有翻边式加强筋11,在不增加钢板厚度的情况下,加强筋可以增加钢板的强度和刚性,防止钢板扭曲变形。V型钢板的三个端部9各设置有三个螺钉孔10,V型钢板的端部留有螺钉孔10用来紧固自攻螺钉使钢管彼此平行。V型钢板的V型边8表面上设置有凹槽12,在钢板上压制凹槽,可有效防止钢板被拉扯变形。

2.如权利要求1所述的无比钢建筑楼面系统,其特征在于:所述网格式骨架包括无比钢桁架系统,所述无比钢桁架系统是钢管之间用多个无比钢用V型连接件通过螺钉固定连接而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的无比钢建筑楼面系统,其特征在于:所述保温层为岩棉板、珍珠岩保温板、发泡水泥板或发泡石膏板。
4.如权利要求2所述的无比钢建筑楼面系统,其特征在于:所述地面装饰层为木板或地板砖。
5.如权利要求2所述的无比钢建筑楼面系统,其特征在于:所述钢管为热镀锌方形管或矩形管。
6.如权利要求2所述的无比钢建筑楼面系统,其特征在于:所述无比钢用V型连接件为V型钢板,V型钢板的V型边的至少一侧设置有翻边式加强筋,V型钢板的三个端部设置有螺钉孔。
