本实用新型涉及到一种钢筋混泥土管桩生产吊装设备，应用自动代替人工操作，具体涉及的是预应力钢筋混泥土管桩生产吊动过程中全部采用机械化吊装的吊机自动夹具。
背景技术
在管桩制造过程中，对于吊装来说，占有很重要的地位，传统的管桩制造吊装模式，如管桩的离心、蒸汽养护、蒸压养护的吊装过程中，都是由人力去挂钩吊装，对于传统的吊装过程存在很大缺陷，一方面在离心和蒸压养护的吊装过程都存在较大的安全隐患，根据长期的生产发现，在离心和蒸压养护这一工序给员工的安全方面造成17％的伤害，同时给企业也造成了很大的经济损失，另一方面对于这种传统的吊装过程在生产效率方面也造成一定影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安全吊装、无需人工操作的吊机自动夹具。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现的，该吊机自动夹具包括主钩吊点、主梁、空气压缩机、电磁阀、电缆卷筒，主梁的两侧分别设置有主吊钩点，主梁中部上方布置空气压缩机，主梁的下方设置有多个夹紧装置，夹紧装置(6)由气缸座、气缸、棘轮机构、夹紧头、棘轮轴、护板组成。
从以上技术方案来看，本实用新型旨在提供一种能够克服已有技术不足的，在传统的技术基础上做出了以下改进，取消了原有的吊链组，利用气动电磁原理，制作了一种能够代替人力去挂钩，自动吊装工具，在上离心、蒸汽养护、蒸压养护过程中也彻底的消除了传统模式存在的缺陷与不足，给员工的人身安全也带来了保证。
