技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多层共挤盖膜,属于食品包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,食品容器封口多采用铝箔包装,其与碗体要采用胶黏剂粘结的方式密封,不易揭开,需使用手柄、拉线、拉环等;胶黏剂易进入食品中,影响食品安全性能。另外铝箔的透明性差,较难吸引消费者的购买欲;且阻隔性能不好,内容物易变质。采用塑料薄膜来替代铝箔包装成为一种趋势,但是常规的塑料薄膜其挺性差、热封温度高,不适于高速包装的使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种挺性好、热封温度低、适于高速包装的多层共挤盖膜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种多层共挤盖膜,所述盖膜为七层共挤薄膜,其自上而下依次为:第一尼龙层、第一粘合层、聚乙烯层、第二粘合层、第二尼龙层、第三粘合层和聚丁烯层。 
本实用新型多层共挤盖膜的有益效果是:
本实用新型由七层膜叠加构成,通过不同的塑料层之间的功能互补,来提高其综合性能;
表层采用第一尼龙层与内层的聚丁烯层热封温度差异大、挺性好,适于高速包装要求;
聚乙烯层,提高挺性、防止卷曲,可用于高速包装,且具有阻湿性能;
第二尼龙层,增强力学性能、提高挺性,对氧气等气体具有一定的阻隔性,为阻隔层 
聚乙烯和聚丁烯共混层,适于低温热封,且易于揭开;
第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层,使相邻两种相容性不好的材料能很好的粘合在一起,不易脱层,易于共挤出成型。
综上所述,本实用新型多层共挤盖膜,挺性好、热封温度低、适于高速包装。

第一粘合层2、第二粘合层4和第三粘合层6均采用美国杜邦的TIE。
