耐水煮涂覆膜
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种耐水煮涂覆膜,主要用于食品的包装。属于包装材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
蒸煮袋是一种能进行加热处理的复合塑料薄膜袋,它具有罐头容器和耐沸水塑料袋两者的优点,因此,又称之为“软罐头”。
蒸煮袋外层材料多采用聚酯薄膜,厚度为10-16微米,起加固及耐高温作用;中层材料为11-12微米的铝箔,主要作用是隔绝气体与水分及遮蔽光线;内层材料是作为蒸煮袋中直接接触食品和进行热封口,所以对内层材料的要求除了必须符合包装卫生标准外,还要求化学性质稳定,一般采用无毒的聚丙烯,厚度70-80微米,也可采用HDPE等聚烯烃薄膜。
但是在水煮消毒时,聚酯薄膜外层与铝箔中间层易剥离,影响产品质量。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种粘合牢固、不易剥离、能保证产品质量的耐水煮涂覆膜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种耐水煮涂覆膜,其特征在于:它包括依次设置的表层、胶水层、中间层和内层,所述表层为三层共挤PET薄膜,所述胶水层为改性聚酯胶水层,所述中间层为铝箔层,所述内层为聚丙烯或聚乙烯薄膜。
本实用新型耐水煮涂覆膜的有益效果是:
本实用新型耐水煮涂覆膜在PET薄膜底面涂覆有改性聚酯的耐水煮胶水涂层,使其与铝箔层结合牢固,不易剥离,从而保证被包装产品质量。
