背景技术
在模具型腔的抛光过程中,必须要保证模口保持尖角,否则塑件表面的合模线就会粗大,影响塑件表面外观。在传统的抛光工艺里,是不做治具保护的,模口的尖角完全依靠抛光员的细心和技术熟练度来保证,但这种保证方式一是对抛光员的技术度要求较高,二是增加抛光细心度势必会降低工作效率,三是还是有在操作失误时模口被倒圆的风险。
发明内容
综上所述,为解决上述提到的传统抛光工艺中对抛光员技术要求较高、效率较低、模口有被倒圆的风险等缺点,而提出的一种型腔抛光防止模口尖角被倒圆的治具。
为解决本实用新型所提出的技术问题,采用的技术方案为:型腔抛光防止模口尖角被倒圆的治具,其特征是:所述的治具为板状或块状的工件,在其上至少设一个与需要保护的模仁的模口轮廓相吻合的通孔。

参照图1、图2和图3中所示,本实用新型的治具1为板状或块状的工件,在其上根据待抛光的模仁2的模口21数量,设置相应数量的通孔11,图中以两个通孔11为例说明,其模口21的轮廓211与通孔11相吻合。最好是所述通孔11的底面开口轮廓111与需保护的模口轮郭211完全相吻合。
