背景技术
目前,将太阳能转化为电能已经得到广泛应用,而接线盒作为将太阳能转化为电能的核心部件,也越来越得到重视,原先的接线盒包括上、下盒体和索头杆帽,下盒体前部设有索头杆,索头杆连接索头杆帽,但索头杆和索头杆帽在使用过程中留有空隙,下盒体容易进水,影响器部件工作。
发明内容
为了解决上述下盒体进水的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种安全可靠的光伏接线盒。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种光伏接线盒,包括盒体和索头杆帽,盒体通过上盒体和下盒体连接而成,所述下盒体前部两侧设有索头杆,所述索头杆连接索头杆帽,索头杆与索头杆帽连接处的内壁设有防水花篮。
作为优选,所述防水花篮包括塑料花篮和花篮内塞,花篮内塞被套在塑料花篮内壁处,防水花篮起到阻止进水的作用,花篮内塞用硅胶制成,防水花篮在索头杆帽的挤压下紧紧把光伏电缆线定位住,不易脱落。
作为优选,所述索头杆两侧设有用以卡位索头杆帽的挡板,用来方便定位索头杆帽,安全系数更高。
作为优选,索头杆外端内壁设有用以托住防水花篮的凹槽,索头杆与索头杆帽连接处视为外端。
使用本实用新型的技术方案,防水花篮把空隙严密堵住,并能使得光伏电缆线不易脱落,安全可靠,且方便实用。

如图1、2、3和5所示的一种光伏接线盒,包括盒体和索头杆帽3,盒体通过上盒体1和下盒体2连接而成,所述下盒体2前部两侧设有索头杆4,所述索头杆4连接索头杆帽3,索头杆4外端内壁设有用以托住防水花篮5的凹槽10,索头杆4与索头杆帽3连接处的内壁设有防水花篮5,所述防水花篮5包括塑料花篮6和花篮内塞7,花篮内塞7被套在塑料花篮7内壁处,防水花篮既有防水的作用,又有牢固定位光伏电缆线9的作用。
所述索头杆4两侧设有用以卡位索头杆帽3的挡板8。
如图2、3、4和5所示,使用时,将防水花篮5放在凹槽10上,将光伏电缆线9穿过索头杆帽3与下盒体2连接,将索头杆帽3挤压防水花篮5与索头杆4紧密连接,并同时与挡板8相扣。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏接线盒,其特征在于:所述防水花篮(5)包括塑料花篮(6)和花篮内塞(7),花篮内塞(7)被套在塑料花篮(7)内壁处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏接线盒,其特征在于:所述索头杆(4)两侧设有用以卡位索头杆帽(3)的挡板(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏接线盒,其特征在于:所述索头杆(4)外端内壁设有用以托住防水花篮(5)的凹槽(10)。
