背景技术
 太阳能光伏组件接线盒是介于太阳能电池组件构成的太阳能电池方阵和太阳能充电控制装置之间的连接器，是一门集电气设计、机械设计与材料科学相结合的跨领域的综合性设计。太阳能光伏组件接线盒在太阳能组件的组成中非常重要，主要作用是将太阳能电池产生的电力与外部线路连接。接线盒通过硅胶与组件的背板粘在一起，组件内的引出线通过接线盒内的内部线路连接在一起，内部线路与外部线缆连接在一起，使组件与外部线缆导通。接线盒内有二极管，保证组件在被挡光时能正常工作。
目前的光伏组件接线盒大部分包装是采用扎带的方式，这种包装方式存在的弊端为扎带一次性使用，并且电缆盘绕包扎时，扎带有勒伤电缆的现象，为了改善外观受损不美观的现象，本实用新型采用固定装置与电缆卡接，这样可以固定光伏组件接线盒的电缆，并避免电缆表皮受损。同时光伏组件接线盒的固定装置采用了分离式结构，可根据需求来使用固定装置。
