本实用新型涉及一种架空输电线路可轴向旋转的悬垂线夹装置,属于电力系统架空输电线路设计、运行、检修领域。
背景技术:
目前,架空输电线路中所有的悬垂线夹与导线的联结均为固定结构,导线在不均匀覆冰条件下无法在悬垂串的悬垂线夹内轴向旋转,不利于导线覆冰均匀,易使导线在风力作用下覆冰舞动,影响输电线路的安全运行、正常供电。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的只有克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种可使导线在悬垂线夹内轴向旋转,达到覆冰均匀,破坏架空输电线路导线覆冰舞动的条件,使输电线路的安全运行、正常供电的架空输电线路可轴向旋转的悬垂线夹装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到:一种架空输电线路可轴向旋转的悬垂线夹装置,其包括导线,导线外设有衬垫,衬垫外设有预绞丝,其特征在于预绞丝外设有内箍,内箍外套有与之相互轴向转动的外箍,外箍两侧与挂板连接。
本实用新型同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:本实用新型将悬垂线夹分为内线夹(即内箍)和外线夹(即外箍),外线夹套内线夹,内、外线夹之间可自由转动,当导线覆冰不均匀产生扭转刚度时,内线夹与导线可在固定的外线夹内转动,促使导线覆冰均匀,破坏导线覆冰舞动的条件,使输电线路的安全运行、正常供电。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施方式作详细说明:
实施例:一种架空输电线路可轴向旋转的悬垂线夹装置(参见图1-图2),其包括导线1,导线1外表包裹一层氯丁橡胶衬垫2,氯丁橡胶衬垫2外缠预绞丝3,预绞丝3由内箍4包裹,外箍5套在内箍4上,外箍5两侧设挂点,连接挂板6,内箍4和外箍5之间可以相互轴向转动。当导线覆冰不均匀时,产生扭转刚度,带动内箍4在外箍5轴向转动,从而促使导线覆冰均匀,破坏导线舞动的条件。
