本实用新型涉及一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线组合装置,属于电力系统架空输电线路设计、运行、检修领域。
背景技术:
目前,架空输电线路中导线横担6的两端各连接一耐张绝缘子串1,每个耐张绝缘子串1均连接一耐张线夹2,耐张塔横担两侧的绝缘子串、耐张线夹与导线跳线3(或跳线串)构成弧形(参见图1),满足风偏情况下带电部分对杆塔接地端的电气安全距离即可;经过2008年南方冰灾经验教训,目前传统的导线跳线结构在导线舞动情况下不能满足电气安全距离,存在导线跳线舞动时对杆塔放电的现象。另外,耐张线夹的引下线夹与主干导线成钝角,导致耐张线夹的引下线夹出口跳线与绝缘子串高压端很近,在绝缘子串高压端易感应出电荷,增强了灰尘附着力,从而降低绝缘子的污耐压水平,并存在电腐蚀的可能,最终导致复合绝缘子的脆断,从而引发断线事故。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种导线跳线在舞动时不致对杆塔放电,延缓甚至消除电腐蚀和劣化绝缘子,不易引发断线事故的一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线(串)组合装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到:一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线组合装置,它包括导线横担,导线横担的两端各连接一耐张绝缘子串,导线横担的中部下端连接跳线绝缘子串,每个耐张绝缘子串均连接一耐张线夹,每个耐张线夹的引下线夹均连接一导线跳线,其特征在于耐张线夹的引下线夹与主干导线成锐角。
为了进一步实现本实用新型的目的,所述的跳线绝缘子串连接跳线支撑架,每个导线跳线均通过其端部的跳线伸缩节与跳线支架的两端连接。
本实用新型同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:本实用新型将耐张线夹的引下线夹制造成与主干导线成锐角,使引下线夹出口跳线远离绝缘子串高压端,避免电腐蚀和劣化绝缘子,不易引发断线事故;增设跳线串和支撑架,增强防风偏功能,更主要的是,在支撑架两端形成跳线伸缩节,满足主干线舞动引起耐张线夹的上下跳跃时对跳线(串)的影响。

实施例:一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线组合装置(参见图2、图3),它包括导线横担6,导线横担6的两端各连接一耐张绝缘子串1,每个耐张绝缘子串1均连接一耐张线夹2,耐张线夹2的的引下线夹2-1与主干导线2-2成锐角,每个耐张线夹2的引下线夹2-1均连接一导线跳线3,每个导线跳线3均通过其端部的跳线伸缩节7与跳线支架5的两端连接,导线横担6的中部下端连接跳线绝缘子串4,跳线绝缘子串4连接跳线支撑架5,跳线绝缘子串4将跳线支撑架5吊起。

1.一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线组合装置,它包括导线横担(6),导线横担(6)的两端各连接一耐张绝缘子串(1),导线横担(6)的中部下端连接跳线绝缘子串(4),每个耐张绝缘子串(1)均连接一耐张线夹(2),每个耐张线夹(2)的引下线夹(2-1)均连接一导线跳线(3),其特征在于耐张线夹(2)的引下线夹(2-1)与主干导线(2-2)成锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种架空输电线路耐张线夹及跳线组合装置,其特征在于所述的跳线绝缘子串(4)连接跳线支撑架(5),每个导线跳线(3)均通过其端部的跳线伸缩节(7)与跳线支架(5)的两端连接。
