背景技术
如图1,减速箱的出轴1外端上设有用于穿装销轴从而将出轴与外部传动件固定的穿孔11,该穿孔的对称度需要在规定的范围内才能保证产品质量。现有的检测装置结构复杂,成本高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种减速箱出轴的穿孔对称度检测工装,具有结构简单,生产制作方便,维护成本低,检测方便的优点。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:减速箱出轴的穿孔对称度检测工装,其特征在于:包括基座及钻标准销,所述基座上设有与出轴外径一致的插孔,基座上还设有按所述插孔圆心中心对称的的销槽,销槽与插孔轴心线垂直并通向插孔。 
所述销槽上端面设有导向斜面,便于标准销定位卡入。 
本实用新型检测时只需将标准销插入出轴的穿孔内,然后将标准销对准销槽插向插孔内,如能插进,则表示该出轴的对称度在规定的范围内,检测非常方便。
