本实用新型涉及一种阀门，尤其涉及一种可拆卸式阀门。
背景技术
挤塑机一般是用于塑料挤出成型的生产机械，这种成型方式是不间断成型方式，如管、塑料型材、薄膜之类。但现有用于挤塑机阀门组件的阀体一般均为固定安装，并且不可活动、不便于拆卸，这样结构为整体组件连接形带来了一个阻碍，即既不便于拆装维护，同时又不利于同外部组件灵活衔接。因此，综合而言，利用该简单结构可实现基本的连接作用，但无论从稳定性、安装方式上讲，还是在制造成本、耐用性方面，均存在着一定的隐患，因此需要进行一定的改进。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种有利于组件的灵活连接、阀体两端可拆卸、有利于提高机头稳定性、使用寿命较长的可拆卸式阀门，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种可拆卸式阀门，包括调节手柄、可拆卸阀芯、外壳体，所述外壳体内部安装可拆卸阀芯，所述调节手柄通过旋转组件与内部可拆卸阀芯活动连接，所述可拆卸阀芯设置于外壳体的内腔中并且自外壳体的一端开口处穿入。
本实用新型所述的可拆卸式阀门的有益效果为：通过于阀体内部设置可活动的带有螺旋式结构的阀芯，可使其在组装时，便于拆装，同时与机体组件易 于连接；还具有结构稳固、制造成本低廉、有利于提高机头稳定性、使用寿命较长等特点。

1.一种可拆卸式阀门，包括调节手柄(1)、可拆卸阀芯(2)、外壳体(4)，其特征在于：所述外壳体(4)内部安装可拆卸阀芯(2)，所述调节手柄(1)通过旋转组件(5)与内部可拆卸阀芯(2)活动连接，所述可拆卸阀芯(2)设置于外壳体(4)的内腔(3)中并且自外壳体(4)的一端开口处穿入。
