Abstract

本实用新型提供一种涡流式垂直轴风力发电机,其特点在于任意方向的风通过定子上的导风板(2)按固定角度引导、调整使风力产生更大的扭力,作用在转子架(3)一定角度的叶片(4)上,叶片(4)的弧度使风轮的扫略面积增大,风能的阻力最大限度的应用,叶片(4)的机翼外形使风产生最大的负升力,使风能利用率更大的提高,利用风能的阻力和升力带动转子主轴(5)旋转,经过增速箱调节转速后使发电机发电。此实用新型结构简单,安装方便,无需考虑风向,能同时利用风能的阻力和升力,风能利用效率有很大的提高,结构紧凑,安全、无噪音,且稳定性能好,具有明显的优点。

Description

涡流式垂直轴风力发电机
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种风力发电装置,尤其是一种涡流式垂直轴风力发电机。
二、背景技术:目前的风力发电机有两种,一种是水平轴的风力发电机、另一种就是垂直轴的风力发电机,前者发展时间长,结构比较复杂,需要对风向工作,工作环境对其制约较大。后者大都处于研发阶段,现有的垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率不高、成本高、维护难,机构复杂,安装不便,因此实用性较差。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高风能利用率、低成本小损耗的能量转换、结构简单稳定、安装维护方便的涡流式垂直轴风力发电机。其包括定子架、导风板、转子架、叶片、转子主轴、发电机、控制器、逆变器、蓄电装置、塔架。控制器、逆变器、蓄电装置经塔架与发电机相连接,任意方向的风通过定子上的导风板按固定角度引导,作用在转子架一定角度的叶片上,利用风力的阻力和升力带动转子主轴旋转,直接驱动或经过变速箱调节转速后使发电机发电,电能通过控制器转换存储在蓄电装置上,经过逆变器逆变使电器工作。导风板安装在定子架上,定子架外圈到转子架外圈的距离是风机半径的1/5至1/6之间,定子内外圈是铁矩形管制作,和主轴法兰盘轴承座用铁矩形管焊接相连,导风板的位置按风力玫瑰图布置,数量为16个,形状相同、均匀分布,四角用螺丝固定在定子的内外圈上,根据使用地点气候环境,安装角度为7-15度之间,叶片安装在转子架上,转子架用铁矩形管或铝合金矩形管焊接或铆接与主轴相连,叶片安装的外边缘与内边缘的距离是转子半径的1/2.5至1/3之间,叶片数量为9个,形状相同、均匀分布,四点用螺丝固定在转子架上,根据使用地点气候环境,安装角度5-15度之间。具有一定弧度的5至8块铝合金空心型材拼接而成的叶片整体,壁厚为0.4毫米至1.2毫米,其外观形状是根据机翼原理使空气产生升力,弧形的外观是最大限度的增加捕风面积形成最大的风阻力。此实用新型结构简单,安装方便,无需考虑风向,能同时利用风能的阻力和升力,风能利用效率很大的提高,结构紧凑,安全、无噪音,且稳定性能好,具有明显的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的涡流式垂直轴风力发电机,其特征在于:导风板(2)安装在定子架(1)上,定子架(1)外圈到转子架(3)外圈的距离是风机半径的1/5至1/6之间,定子内外圈是铁矩形管制作,和主轴法兰盘轴承座用铁矩形管焊接相连,导风板(2)的数量为16个,形状相同、均匀分布,四角用螺丝固定在定子的内外圈上,安装角度为7-15度之间,叶片(4)安装在转子架(3)上,转子架(3)用铁矩形管或铝合金矩形管焊接或铆接与转子主轴(5)相连,叶片(4)安装的外边缘与内边缘的距离是转子半径的1/2.5至1/3之间,叶片(4)数量为9个,形状相同、均匀分布,四点用螺丝固定在转子架(3)上,安装角度5-15度之间。
