本实用新型公开了一种等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉,由圆形电极、炉体、热电偶、混合气管和加热器组成,其特征是,所述加热器为感应加热器;所述感应加热器置在下圆形电极外,感应器上表面同下圆形电极上表面齐平;所述感应加热器由紫铜空心管弯制成2~4匝;所述感应加热器内圆同下电极外圆间隙为1~5mm。本实用新型结构简单,易于加工制作;加热效率高,生产周期可缩短至原来时间的1/3以下;由于感应加热的涡流效应,使得结合层同砂轮基体和金刚石之间有非常牢固的冶金结合;节省电能、节约用气。

技术领域:
本实用新型是关于制造金刚石切削工具设备的,更具体地说,本实用新型是关于制造钎焊金刚石砂轮所用的钎焊炉。 
技术背景:
以往,钎焊金刚石砂轮的制造必须在极高真空或极纯惰性气氛的苛刻条件下进行,否则,长时间处于高温环境下的金刚石磨料有产生热损伤的危险。为了增强工艺的宽容性,人们转而在等离子体气氛下进行钎焊金刚石砂轮的制造,其设备即等离子体气氛砂轮钎焊炉。目前,所使用的等离子体气氛砂轮钎焊炉由圆形电极、炉体、热电偶、混合气管构成,炉体侧壁设有密封良好的可开合的炉门。所述圆形电极、炉体和混合气管均由不锈钢制成;测温采用铂铑热电偶。所述圆形电极、热电偶与炉体壁之间绝缘密封。这种钎焊炉的缺点是:钎焊所须热源来自等离子体对基体表面的轰击所产生的热量,速度慢,生产周期长。 
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的缺点,提供一种结构简单,易于加工安装、效果好的等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉。

本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。 
本实用新型的等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉由圆形电极、炉体、热电偶、混合气管和感应加热器组成。 
所述感应加热器设置在下圆形电极周边,有引脚引出同外感应电源相连接。所述感应加热器由紫铜空心管弯制成2~4匝,感应加热器上表面同下圆形电极上表面齐平,感应加热器内圆同下圆形电极外圆间隙为1~5mm。

具体实施方式:
上圆形电极1、空心炉壁2的内外壳层、下圆形电极8、混合气管9、底座10均由不锈钢焊接制作。上圆形电极1、下圆形电极8与炉体壁之间绝缘密封;热电偶7热端同下圆形电极8紧密接触,其引线管与炉体壁之间绝缘密封;混合气管9同底座间焊接相连。进水管5、出水管11和接真空泵管6均同炉壁焊接相连。炉膛3直径在100~600mm之间。上电极直径小于下圆形电极,且下圆形电极直径在10~150mm之间为宜。感应加热器4由紫铜空心管绕成2~4匝,感应加热器上表面同下圆形电极上表面齐平,感应加热器内圆同下圆形电极外圆间隙为1~5mm。感应加热器引脚与炉体壁之间绝缘密封。

2.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉,其特征是,所述感应加热器设置在下圆形电极周边,感应加热器上表面同下圆形电极上表面齐平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉,其特征是,所述感应加热器由紫铜空心管弯制成2~4匝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的等离子体气氛金刚石砂轮钎焊炉,其特征是,所述感应加热器内圆同下圆形电极外圆间隙为1~5mm。
