背景技术
目前电力领域使用的电缆保护管道多为实壁管,如UPVC电力管、红泥管、CPVC电力管等,也有采用UPVC双壁波纹管的情况,这些管道在生产时需要大量的原材料,而且保护电力管道的内壁多为平壁结构,如果电缆基本充满内部空间的情况下,其热能扩散的空间很小,采用以上管道解决这样的问题一般是采用价格昂贵的高导热材料生产管材和使用更大直径规格的管道,其结果是经济浪费和材料浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种既节省生产用材料,又可保证有较大的内部热能扩散空间的螺旋波纹电力管。
本实用新型的技术方案是:螺旋波纹电力管轴向截面为波纹结构,波纹结构的波峰/波谷沿轴向呈螺纹状扩展。
本实用新型涉及的突出优点是:比普通实壁和双壁波纹管节省材料,热能对流空间大,有利于热量的快速扩散。
