本实用新型涉及一种用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,包括电抗器主体、进水管、出水管、主体框架、绝缘板、电抗器主体采用多根空心铝型材制成多层结构,空心铝型材内孔为水冷通道;每根铝型材都与进水管、出水管相连,电抗器主体上下通过绝缘板压紧固定。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:该电抗器可以通过大电流,采用水为冷却介质进行散热;结构设计合理、散热效果好、运行安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种电抗器结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,电抗器按照结构及冷却介质,可以分为空心式、铁心式、干式、油浸式等,例如干式空心电抗器、干式铁心电抗器、油浸铁心电抗器、油浸空心电抗器等,以上电抗器冷却的方式均为自然冷却,且通过电流较小,当负载测电流达到上千安培时,无法满足要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,该电抗器可以通过大电流,采用水为冷却介质进行散热;结构设计合理、散热效果好、运行安全可靠。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,包括电抗器主体、进水管、出水管、主体框架、绝缘板、电抗器主体采用多根空心铝型材制成多层结构,空心铝型材内孔为水冷通道;每根铝型材都与进水管、出水管相连,电抗器主体上下通过绝缘板压紧固定。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:
1)散热效果好
采用空芯铝型材,使用纯水做为冷却介质,配合水冷或风冷装置,可以把大电流产生的热量迅速散发,提高了传热效率。
2)可以通过大电流
由于采用了空芯铝型材,且通过水冷方式散热,可以通过几十千安培的大电流。
3)抗电动力冲击效果好
电抗器主体采用绝缘板紧压固定,保证电抗器耐受短路故障时电动力冲击。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明详细叙述本实用新型的具体实施方式。
见图1-图4,用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,包括电抗器主体1、进水管2、出水管3、绝缘板6、主体框架5、绝缘子4,电抗器主体1采用多根空心铝型材制成多层结构,空心铝型材内孔为水冷通道;每根铝型材都与进水管2、出水管3相连,保证电抗器整体的散热效果。电抗器主体1上下通过绝缘板6压紧固定。绝缘子4保证对地绝缘性,主体框架5采用抗磁不锈钢材质。
电抗器主体1为空芯铝型材,通过折弯机使每根铝型材成螺旋形盘状,盘与盘之间焊接成为电抗器主体,每根铝型材的两端最终都汇集到进水管2和出水管3,保证电抗器整体散热效果。电抗器主体为单孔铝型材,可以通过大电流,以水做为介质进行散热,散热效果好。

1.用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,其特征在于,包括电抗器主体、进水管、出水管、主体框架、绝缘板、电抗器主体采用多根空心铝型材制成多层结构,空心铝型材内孔为水冷通道;每根铝型材都与进水管、出水管相连,电抗器主体上下通过绝缘板压紧固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,其特征在于,所述的空心铝型材为单孔结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于大功率整流设备的空心水冷电抗器,其特征在于,所述的主体框架采用抗磁不锈钢材质。
