一种LED路灯灯头,用于解决现有路灯灯壳散热新熬过不好的问题。它包括灯壳及安装在灯壳内的电路,电路做深度防水处理,其特征是,所述的灯壳上设有内外通透的散热孔,且散热孔同时设置在灯壳的顶部和底部,便于空气对流。在灯壳的上下部分预留散热孔,灯壳内的灯珠发热后,热量上升,冷空气自下侧的散热孔补充,形成对流,具有很好的散热效果。本实用新型适合于灯壳内部电路做防水措施的情况,及时在下雨的情况下也不会影响安全使用。本设计突破了不能在灯壳顶部设置散热孔的限制,实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及大功率LED路灯灯头散热技术领域,具体地说是一种开放式的LED路灯灯头。
背景技术
在大功率LED路灯灯头中,由于灯头中具有一些电路,需要防水。通常将灯壳做成具有一定密封效果的结构,为全封闭式或半封闭式的结构,以期达到防水和保护内部电路的作用。但是对于大型的LED路灯,需要对LED进行散热,目前的密封式或者半密封式的灯头结构限制了其进一步的散热的应用,LED路灯的散热和密封是一对矛盾体。
在半密封式的LED路灯灯头中,散热模式还是通过设置在灯壳底部的散热孔进行散热,在灯壳顶部是没有散热孔的,这样的结构可以避免雨水进入灯壳内部,但是会降低路灯的散热性能,不利于空气对流。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED路灯灯头,具有防水和散热的双重作用,散热效果好。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种LED路灯灯头,包括灯壳及安装在灯壳内的电路,所述电路做深度防水处理,其特征是,所述的灯壳上设有内外通透的散热孔。
所述的散热孔同时设置在灯壳的顶部和底部,便于空气自下而上形成对流。
所述的散热孔为规则的几何形状,也可以为不规则的形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在灯壳的上下部分预留散热孔,灯壳内的灯珠发热后,热量上升,冷空气自下侧的散热孔补充,形成对流,具有很好的散热效果。本实用新型适合于灯壳内部电路做防水措施的情况,即使在下雨的情况下也不会影响路灯的安全使用。本设计突破了不能在灯壳顶部设置散热孔的限制,实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,一种LED路灯灯头,包括灯壳1及安装在灯壳内的LED元件和防水电路。灯壳包括扣合在一起的上壳体和下壳体,创新之处在于:
无论灯壳的具体构造是什么样式,都可以在灯壳1的顶部和底部设有内外通透的散热孔,分表标记为上散热孔21和下散热孔22。该散热孔优先选用圆孔等规则的几何形状,但是不限于此,而是可以为任何形状,只要能起到灯壳内部的空气与外界进行对流的目的即可。最佳地,上述的上散热孔正对着灯壳内部的散热翅片。
在实际使用的过程中,灯壳1内电学元件产生的热量通过上散热21孔散发出去,冷空气通过下散热孔22向灯壳内部补充,形成空气对流。由于本实用新型中的电路采用的全密封技术,做了防水处理,在下雨的情况下,雨水自上散热孔进入,自下散热孔流出,不会对路灯内部的元件产生损害。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是,所述的散热孔为规则的几何形状。
