本实用新型一种小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,由尾舵、尾舵管、支承座、换向器、发电机、连接法兰、风轮叶片、整流罩、双滚动轴承、电连接器组成。尾舵、尾舵管焊接后与支承座通过螺母固定在一起,采用换向器作为电机引出线装置,防止引出线电缆缠绕;采用双滚动轴承,有效减少振动及噪音;发电机定子采用斜槽、分数槽绕组,减少起动阻转矩,提高风能利用效率,发电机转子导磁芯体采用冲片叠压结构,导磁芯体有互不相连的瓦形槽,瓦形磁块按一定顺序置于瓦形槽内,以保证风速过高时发电机转子的可靠性;发电机、连接法兰构成机械式新型防水结构,整个机组每个接触面均涂封厌密封氧胶,以防水、防尘、防盐雾等。

技术领域
本实用新型属于风力发电工程类物品,具体地说涉及一种小型风力发电机结构。 
背景技术
传统的小型风力发电机调速机构采用电磁制动式、上风式限速机构,需用三个转动部件;没有发电机引出线防缠绕结构,使用一段时间后,输出电缆缠绕在一起,造成电缆绕断;发电机转子采用永磁结构,但起动阻转矩大,起动风速度高,发电效率低;整个发电机组没有采用密封结构,不防水、防尘、防盐雾等,因而整机可靠性差;风力机组没有防振、降噪装置,风力机转动时,振动大、噪音大。 
而本设计目的在于克服上述技术上的不足,而提供一种小型(带重力偏侧)永磁风力发电机结构。尾舵带重力偏侧,起限速限功作用;风轮采用超薄翼型,降低噪音、减少振动;发电机定子采用斜槽、分数槽绕组,可有效降低起动阻转矩,提高年发电量;采用换向器装置引出线结构,可防止输出电缆频繁对风时缠绕;整个发电机组所有接触面均涂封厌氧胶,可防水、防沙尘、防盐雾,提高整机可靠性;结构简单,便于安装。

本实用新型结构简单,具有起动风速低,发电效率高,限速限功、具有防输出电缆缠绕,减振、降噪、风能利用系数高,可防水、防尘、防盐雾,因而整机可靠性高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,由尾舵1、尾舵管2、支承座3、换向器4、发电机5、连接法兰6、风轮叶片7、整流罩8、双滚动轴承9、电连接器10组成。尾舵1、尾舵管2焊接成一体,用螺母将尾舵1、尾舵管2紧固在支承座3上,双滚动轴承9压入支承座3底部。换向器4的出线端与电连接器10上端部用焊锡焊好,下端部留用户自行焊接,安装时,下端部插入上端部,并旋紧即可。在支承座3前端面涂厌氧胶,将发电机5与支承座3用螺栓紧固。连接法兰7与风轮风叶8用螺栓紧固,安装在发电机6输出轴上,然后用螺母紧固,最后将整流罩8用螺栓紧固在发电机5轴伸端面,完成装配。 
当发电机外径长度为φ108mm×83mm时,风轮直径1.15m,叶片数量为3叶;可获得起动风速度为2.5m/s,额定风速为12m/s,额定输出功率>100W的小型风力发电机。

1.一种小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,其特征在于,该风力发电机包括尾舵、尾舵管、支承座、换向器、发电机、连接法兰、风轮叶片、整流罩、双滚动轴承、电连接器,其中,发电机转子导磁芯体采用冲片叠压结构,导磁芯体有互不相连的瓦形槽,瓦形磁块按一定顺序置于梯形槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,其特征在于,所述发电机与连接法兰组合构成非接触机械式新型防水结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,其特征在于,所述换向器作为电机引出线装置,采用所述换向器结构的防电缆缠绕结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的小型带重力偏侧永磁风力发电机,其特征在于,所述尾舵、尾舵管、支承座采用焊接、螺栓连接成一体的结构。
