本实用新型公开一种电梯地坎，包括有地坎本体，在地坎本体上设有滑槽，地坎本体包括有基体和不锈钢面板，基体为增强型塑料或树脂，基体与不锈钢面板相互紧固在一起，在基体滑槽部的底部两侧设有第一嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第一卡头，第一卡头嵌进第一嵌槽，在基体的两侧设有第二嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第二卡头，第二卡头嵌进第二嵌槽内，经上述结构改进后，基体采用价格较为便宜的增强型塑料或树脂，再在其表面覆盖一层不锈钢面板，这样可大大降低成本，由于不锈钢比铝合金硬度硬得多，从而增强地坎表面的耐磨性能，使地坎不容易被刮擦出刮痕，改善美观度。

背景技术：
目前的电梯地坎条料都是采用铝合金一体成型而得，这种铝合金地坎虽然能满足使用要求，但它存在以下缺点：1.由于铝合金价格昂贵，致使地坎的造价成本较高；2.铝合金虽满足强度要求，但其硬度低，在使用一段时间后，受到进出电梯的人们的鞋底刮擦(或者车轮滚压等影响)，而使其表面出现非常明显刮痕，影响美观度。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种价格平易、表面硬度非常高的电梯地坎。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：一种电梯地坎，包括有地坎本体，在地坎本体上设有滑槽，地坎本体包括有基体和不锈钢面板，基体为增强型塑料或树脂，基体与不锈钢面板相互紧固在一起。
基体与不锈钢面板之间成嵌装配合。
在基体滑槽部的底部两侧设有第一嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第一卡头，第一卡头嵌进第一嵌槽，在基体的两侧设有第二嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第二卡头，第二卡头嵌进第二嵌槽内。
经上述结构改进后，基体采用价格较为便宜的增强型塑料或树脂，再在其表面覆盖一层不锈钢面板，这样可大大降低成本，由于不锈钢比铝合金硬度硬得多，从而增强地坎表面的耐磨性能，使地坎不容易被刮擦出刮痕，改善美观度。

现结合附图详细阐述本实用新型：
本实施例的电梯地坎包括有地坎本体1，在地坎本体1上设有滑槽2，地坎本体1由基体11和不锈钢面板12构成，基体11为玻璃钢，在基体滑槽部的底部两侧设有第一嵌槽3，不锈钢面板12的相应处设有第一卡头4，第一卡头4嵌进第一嵌槽3，在基体11的两侧设有第二嵌槽5，不锈钢面板12的相应处设有第二卡头6，第二卡头6嵌进第二嵌槽5内，第一嵌槽3与第一卡头4的嵌装配合，可使不锈钢面板12的滑槽部与基体滑槽部紧密固定在一起，而基体边缘与不锈钢面板边缘的嵌装配合，可令到基体两侧与不锈钢面板两侧紧密固定。
基体1除了为玻璃钢外，还可以为其它具有一定强度的增强型塑料，增强型塑料是在塑料内混入纤维而成，另外，基体1也可以是热塑性树脂，例如增强型尼龙，增强型尼龙就是往尼龙添加纤维，以达到增强尼龙强度的目的。

1.一种电梯地坎，包括有地坎本体，在地坎本体上设有滑槽，其特征在于：地坎本体包括有基体和不锈钢面板，基体为增强型塑料或树脂，基体与不锈钢面板相互紧固在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯地坎，其特征在于：基体与不锈钢面板之间成嵌装配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电梯地坎，其特征在于：在基体滑槽部的底部两侧设有第一嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第一卡头，第一卡头嵌进第一嵌槽，在基体的两侧设有第二嵌槽，不锈钢面板的相应处设有第二卡头，第二卡头嵌进第二嵌槽内。
