本实用新型涉及除尘设备，尤其涉及一种药用除尘装置。
背景技术
兽药工业是国民生产不可缺少的重要部分，其中，在粉剂、散剂的生产过程中，所产生的药物烟尘及处理更是兽药工业中的重要环节。在硫氰酸红霉素等可溶性粉剂以及清瘟败毒散等散剂的生产过程中，药物粉尘的回收与处理是必不可少的一个工艺过程。现有的粉尘除尘装置包括除尘罩、除尘管路和除尘风机，粉尘回收时，将兽药生产过程中产生的粉尘在产尘量大的设备上方加装的除尘罩，利用除尘罩风机运转时产生的瞬时低压，将粉尘通过除尘罩收集后吸走排除。这种除尘设备存在对环境造成污染，而且产品流失严重的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种粉尘回收利用、对环境污染差的药用除尘装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种药用除尘装置，包括除尘罩和与所述除尘罩连通的除尘管路，所述除尘管路上设有除尘风机，所述除尘管路上设有粉尘吸收去除装置。
其中，所述粉尘吸收去除装置包括设在除尘管路上的过滤装置和粉尘吸收装置。
所述过滤装置为设在除尘管路上的滤网，所述粉尘吸收装置为水吸收罐，所述水吸收罐的进口与出口分别与所述除尘管路连通，所述水吸收罐的进口在所述水吸收罐内设有进管并深入所述水吸收罐内部。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型的除尘装置，首先利用滤网将兽药生产过程中产生的大颗粒药物粉尘过滤截留下来，然后在经过水吸收罐时，尾气中的细微颗粒粉尘通过水封与液体容积接触被留存在液体当中，从而避免排放到大气当中，一方面减轻了对环境的污染，另一方面可以将粉尘回收利用，避免了产品的流失。

如附图所示，一种药用除尘装置，包括除尘罩1和与所述除尘罩1连通的除尘管路2，所述除尘管路2上设有除尘风机3，所述除尘管路2上设有粉尘吸收去除装置4，所述粉尘吸收去除装置4包括设在除尘管路2上的滤网5和水吸收罐6，所述水吸收罐6的进口与出口分别与所述除尘管路2连通，所述水吸收罐6的进口在所述水吸收罐6内设有进管7并深入所述水吸收罐6内部。
本实用新型工作时，带有药物粉尘的尾气经除尘罩1收集后，在除尘风机3的作用下，经除尘管路2外排，首先经过滤网5的过滤，将尾气中大的粉尘颗粒过滤下来，然后进入水吸收罐6，经进管7进入水吸收罐6内的水中，尾气中小的粉尘颗粒被留在水中，去除了粉尘颗粒的尾气排入大气。

2.如权利要求1所述的药用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述粉尘吸收去除装置包括设在除尘管路上的过滤装置和粉尘吸收装置。
3.如权利要求2所述的药用除尘装置，其特征在于：所述过滤装置为设在除尘管路上的滤网，所述粉尘吸收装置为水吸收罐，所述水吸收罐的进口与出口分别与所述除尘管路连通，所述水吸收罐的进口在所述水吸收罐内设有进管并深入所述水吸收罐内部。
