本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由锅盖、V形注水口、注水道、螺旋手柄、锅柄和炒锅组成的家用的防油溅的锅，其特征是：在锅盖上设置有V形注水口和注水道，在V形注水口上方设置有可扭动的螺旋手柄，在炒锅上设置有锅柄。这样，在使用时，就能达到防止油溅在脸上或身上的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便。
