目前，大家常用的油壶包括有壶体，壶盖，出油嘴和把手，通过倾倒将置于壶体中的食用油倒入锅中，其使用方便，但是存在以下缺陷，倾倒食用油时，只能局部淋油，再通过翻炒，使油混合均匀，对于经常炒菜的厨师来说，比较费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油壶，其倾倒食用油的面积更大，可以快速分散食用油，为厨师炒菜提供便利。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：油壶，包括有壶体和壶盖，壶盖通过螺纹与壶体连接，其特征在于所述的壶盖上均匀分布有出油孔，壶盖上还设置有回油槽，回油槽的中心设置有回油管。
按上述方案，所述的回油管为圆锥体漏斗形，其底端靠近壶体的底部。
按上述方案，所述的壶体的侧边为内凹弧形。
