Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双层复合热水交换器。目前保温水箱的热水交换器,采用的都是螺旋形的管状结构,由单层紫铜材料制备而成,但紫铜管内壁长期承载有压力的制冷剂与冷冻机油混合物,紫铜管外壁材质长期接触热水时,表面氧化容易生成一层铜绿,在不同的电解水质中,受到微量脉冲及电离的作用,易被腐蚀而穿孔,制冷剂和冷冻机油就会泄漏,水会进到交换系统里损坏压缩机及系统。污染热水器中的水质,危及用水卫生安全,本实用新型的交换器在内层紫铜管的外面,复合着外层不锈钢管。在水中除保持着比较高的热传导速度和热扩散速度外,安全性得到了极大的提高,所复合的两层金属厚度相当,优点互补,结构简单,容易实施。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种保温水箱中热水交换器,尤其是一种双层复合热水交换器。
背景技术
目前保温水箱的热水交换器,采用的都是螺旋形的管状结构,由单层金属材料制备而成,大多采用紫铜,因为紫铜热传导速度快,热扩散也快。但紫铜管内壁长期承载有压力的制冷剂与冷冻机油混合物,紫铜管外壁材质长期接触热水时,表面氧化容易生成一层铜绿,在不同的电解水质中,受到微量脉冲及电离的作用,紫铜管易被腐蚀而穿孔,制冷剂和冷冻机油就会泄漏,一方面水会进到交换系统里损坏压缩机及系统,另一方面污染热水器中的水质,危及用水卫生安全,尤其是当热水器中的水作为饮用水时,直接影响了人身的健康。要解决这个问题,只有采用具有既有较高热传导性又具有较高耐腐蚀性的材料作为外层复合于内层管壁上。这种方法虽然也有报导,但均是用塑料和金属复合而成,都是用于排水、燃气、消防、交通、电力等方面。而由两层不同性质的金属复合而成的热水交换器,未见相关的技术披露。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种双层复合热水交换器,利用两层不同性质的金属复合而成,充分利用两种不同性质金属的特点,克服现有单层金属制备的热水交换器,所存在的易受腐蚀穿孔,影响用水安全的问题。
上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种双层复合热交换器,包括螺旋状盘式交换器,交换器有内层紫铜管,在内层紫铜管的外面,复合着外层不锈钢管。
采取上述措施的本实用新型,螺旋状盘式交换器由内外两层组成,内层是紫铜管,外层是不锈钢管,这样的结构在水中一方面不影响热传导和热扩散,保持着比较高的热传导速度和热扩散速度,另一方面,克服了只用紫铜管做成的热交换器在紫铜管的表面容易氧化生成铜绿,在不同的电解水质中,受微量脉冲及电离的作用,易被腐蚀穿孔造成制冷剂和冷冻机油泄漏,损坏压缩机及系统,污染水质,危及用水卫生安全的问题。本实用新型是一种复合管,两层金属厚度相当,优点互补,结构简单,容易实施。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种螺旋状盘式结构,由交换器1组成。如图2和图3所示,交换器1的内层是内层紫铜管2。采用内层紫铜管2是因为紫铜的热传导及热扩散速度快。当本实用新型工作时,制冷剂在内层紫铜管2中流动,制冷剂流动时会产生轻微的脉冲和电离,这种作用会对内层紫铜管2产生一定的不利影响。因此,在内层紫铜管2的外层,复合着一层外层不锈钢管3,外层不锈钢管3与内层紫铜管2通过常规复合设备而紧密地结合。外层不锈钢管3采用不锈钢316材料,内层紫铜管2的厚度与外层不锈钢管3的厚度比是1∶0.8-1.2,本实用新型内层紫铜管2的厚度是0.5-1.5毫米。制备本实用新型只需要常规的专用复合设备,首先将两层不同材质的金属管复合,再通过盘管设备,将复合管制备成螺旋状盘式结构。

1.一种双层复合热水交换器,包括螺旋状盘式交换器,其特征是交换器(1)有内层紫铜管(2),在内层紫铜管(2)的外面,复合着外层不锈钢管(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合热水交换器,其特征是内层紫铜管(2)的厚度与外层不锈钢管(3)的厚度比是1∶0.8-1.2,内层紫铜管(2)的厚度是0.5-1.5毫米。
