Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种氮化后外圆超硬多孤离子镀层的活塞环。这种活塞环是选用马氏体不锈钢为基体,经过整体氮化在基体上生成氮化层,经适当加工后,再在其外圆面上生成超硬多孤离子镀结构层。这种活塞环具有摩擦副匹配性好、耐磨性强、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种活塞环的改进,它适用于各种型号的汽车和摩托车内燃机。 
背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅速发展,对其零部件的性能要求也越来越严格,促使相关的技术和工艺不断地进行改进、完善,活塞环是一种比较关键的零部件,因此出现了许多的相关技术改进方案,例如,中国专利CN20062007124.2号关于“全面镀铬活塞环”,它是在活塞环的外圆面覆镀膜铬的基础上,对活塞环的内圆面和两侧面上分别覆镀膜铬,这样可增加活塞环的硬度,提高其耐磨性,但是其性能和使用寿命还有待进一步的提高、完善。 
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种独特结构的活塞环,其耐磨性能显著地提高,使用寿命长,摩擦副匹配性进一步得到改善。 
本实用新型的任务是以如下的方式完成,它是选用马氏体不锈钢材料制成活塞环的基体,随后对基体进行整体氮化处理,使基体表面生成氮化层,经过适当加工后,再应用真空多孤离子镀技术加工,在氮化后的外圆面上产生一种含有CrN或TiN、AlN、ZrN超硬多孤离子镀结构层。这种氮化后外圆超硬多孤离子镀层的活塞环,耐磨性强,使用寿命长,摩擦副匹配性好,其匹配的缸套使用寿命也相对地延长,产品质量稳定、可靠,其性能有了显著提高。

具体实施方式
从图中可以明显看出,这种氮化后外圆超硬多孤离子镀层的活塞环基体(1)是选用马氏体不锈钢,经过整体氮化后在马氏体不锈钢的活塞环基体(1)上生成一氮化层(2),在氮化后的活塞环外圆(3)上有一超硬多孤离子镀结构层(4),这一种特殊的超硬多孤离子镀处理技术,能使这种氮化后外圆超硬多孤离子镀层的活塞环具有强耐磨的特性,摩擦副匹配性好,使用寿命长,生产技术先进,产品结构独特,质量稳定。

1.一种氮化后外圆超硬多孤离子镀层的活塞环,其特征是:在马氏体不锈钢的活塞环基体(1)上生成一氮化层(2),在氮化后的活塞环外圆(3)上有含有CrN或TiN、AlN、ZrN超硬多孤离子镀结构层(4)。
