一种曝气软管在线更换装置，曝气软管由若干支撑环支撑，支撑环由固定在池底的支撑杆支撑，有一个进气管，进气管处于池顶面的上端通过法兰与供气管连接，进气管的下端插入在池底的定位槽内，曝气软管的首端通过管卡固定在进气管下部岐管上，曝气软管的尾端固定在封头上，封头上连接钢丝绳，钢丝绳绕过处于池底的下滑轮和处于池顶的上滑轮后固定。本实用新型便于曝气软管在线更换，应用于曝气池内曝气软管的安装或改造，不影响系统运行并减少了因更换曝气软管产生的清池等费用。

本实用新型涉及一种曝气软管在线更换装置，用于曝气池中曝气软管的安装或改造。 
背景技术
曝气软管平时处于曝气池中底部的污水中，更换曝气管需要停产清池，浪费大量的人力物力和时间，成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种曝气软管在线更换装置，解决现有技术在不清池的情况下不能更换曝气管的难题。 
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：曝气软管由若干支撑环支撑，支撑环由固定在池底的支撑杆支撑，有一个进气管，进气管处于池顶面的上端通过法兰与供气管连接，进气管的下端插入在池底的定位槽内，曝气软管的首端通过管卡固定在进气管下部岐管上，曝气软管的尾端固定在封头上，封头上连接钢丝绳，钢丝绳绕过处于池底的下滑轮和处于池顶的上滑轮后固定。更换曝气软管时，暂停供气，放开对钢丝绳的固定，拆开进气管上端的法兰，向上拉起进气管，进气管带动曝气软管从支撑环中抽出，钢丝绳逐渐释放进入支撑环中，直至将整个曝气软管及钢丝绳的前端拉到池顶处，更换曝气软管后，再拉钢丝绳的尾端使新换的曝气软管逐渐进入各个支撑环中，并将进气管下端也同时放到池底的定位槽内，拉紧钢丝绳将曝气软管拉直，并将钢丝绳固定，曝气软管更换完毕。 
本实用新型便于曝气软管在线更换，应用于曝气池内曝气软管的安装或改造，不影响系统运行并减少了因更换曝气软管产生的清池等费用。

参照附图1，曝气软管7由若干支撑环5支撑，支撑环5由固定在池底的支撑杆6支撑，有一个进气管2，进气管2处于池顶面的上端通过法兰3与供气管连接，进气管2的下端插入在池底的定位槽1内，曝气软管7的首端通过管卡4固定在进气管2下部歧管上，曝气软管7的尾端固定在封头8上，封头8上连接钢丝绳10，钢丝绳10绕过处于池底的下滑轮9和处于池顶的上滑轮11后固定。

1.一种曝气软管在线更换装置，曝气软管由若干支撑环支撑，支撑环由固定在池底的支撑杆支撑，其特征在于：有一个进气管（2），进气管（2）处于池顶面的上端通过法兰（3）与供气管连接，进气管（2）的下端插入在池底的定位槽（1）内，曝气软管（7）的首端通过管卡（4）固定在进气管（2）下部歧管上，曝气软管（7）的尾端固定在封头（8）上，封头（8）上连接钢丝绳（10），钢丝绳（10）绕过处于池底的下滑轮（9）和处于池顶的上滑轮（11）后固定。
