原有曝气填料系统为分开设置,下层水平设置曝气器,曝气器上部设置填料装置,曝气器及填料层为固定式安装,维护更换需停机后将池内水抽干,再将曝气器及填料拆除。拆卸困难,并且维修成本较高,曝气效率也较低。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种维修安装方便,提高曝气效率和氧气溶解度和均匀性的新型水处理一体化填料曝气管。
为实现本实用新型目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种新型水处理一体化填料曝气管,包括风管主管、与风管主管连接的若干根支管,所述支管并列竖直设置于池体内,其特征在于支管从下往上设置有若干个膜片和填料层,膜片和填料层间隔排布,每个填料层由若干圈填料丝组成,填料丝的圈数从下往上逐渐减少,膜片的长度也从下往上逐渐缩短,所述每圈填料丝间设置有橡胶圈夹紧,套有膜片的支管段均布有曝气孔。减少曝气的不均匀性。
作为优选,所述支管末端设置有支架,支管末端插接于支架内,支架与池底固定连接。

本实用新型有益效果:本实用新型为一体化装置,上下部均有固定装置,上部固定装置为可拆卸式,下部固定装置是卡槽式,更换填料及曝气器只需将上部固定装置松动,把整根曝气管抽出,再在曝气管上更换曝气膜片及填料丝。该装置具有维护更换方便,有效减少了人力、物力及时间。维修安装方便,提高曝气效率和氧气溶解度和均匀性。

一种新型水处理一体化填料曝气管,包括风管主管1、与风管主管1连接的2根支管2,所述支管2并列竖直设置于池体3内,支管2从下往上设置有3个膜片2.1和3个填料层2.2,膜片2.1和填料层2.2间隔排布,填料层2.2由下往上依次设置为4圈、4圈、3圈填料丝2.2.1,膜片2.1的长度也从下往上依次设置为900mm、500mm、300mm,所述每圈填料丝2.2.1间设置有橡胶圈4夹紧,套有膜片2.1的支管2段均布有曝气孔2.3。所述支管2末端设置有支架5,支管2末端插接于支架5内,支架5与池底3固定连接。所述支管2上端套接有连接套6,所述连接套6与池体3顶端盖板3.1固接。支管2每间隔1米填料层2.2增加一圈填料丝2.2.1,膜片2.1增加100mm。
