本实用新型涉及汽车内饰领域，具体涉及一种汽车前围隔音垫。
背景技术
汽车前围隔音垫，用于包裹住汽车前围车身，起到防振消声的作用，故一般需要使用防振及吸音效果好的材料制成。由于汽车内饰市场的开发性，目前隔音垫所使用的材料种类繁多、鱼龙混杂，市场上常见的普通内饰材料，易含有有害物质或者产生刺鼻的气味，长期置于相对封闭的空间，会给环境带来一定的污染，同时对人体也会产生一定的伤害。
现在，我国电气、电子设备内饰零部件的生产，都要求达到欧盟RoHS环保无毒标准和CCC中国强制性认证，并要求具有较好的隔音效果，即要求内饰产品具有更低的气味、更少的甲醛等有害物质成分，同时具有更好的抗噪隔音效果。

针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种抗振消音效果好的汽车前围隔音垫。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
汽车前围隔音垫，所述隔音垫由两层材料复合构成，其中上层为聚酯棉层，下次为海绵发泡层。
所述隔音垫通过模压成型。
为使本实用新型达到市场推广的效果，所采用的材料均可由市场购得。

1.汽车前围隔音垫，其特征在于所述隔音垫由两层材料复合构成，其中上层为聚酯棉层，下次为海绵发泡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前围隔音垫，其特征在于所述隔音垫通过模压成型。
