背景技术：目前，在巷道掘进过程中，由于掘进机的截齿排列及圆锥角、螺旋升角设计不合理，导致在煤岩切割时，切割装置磨损严重，维修成本高，工作效率低。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点，提供一种掘进机截割装置，它主要解决了在巷道掘进过程中，由于掘进机的截齿排列及圆锥角、螺旋升角设计不合理，导致在煤岩切割时，切割装置磨损严重等问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，掘进机截割装置由：截割头体、筋板、截齿座、截齿构成。筋板与截齿座采用三线螺旋交错排列焊接在截割头体上，截割头体外径1200-1300mm，截割头体的锥角为40度，截齿安装在截齿座内。该产品结构简单，掘进机的截齿排列及圆锥角、螺旋升角设计合理，减少了切割装置的磨损，提高了切割效率，降低了维护成本。
