为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是具体采用如下技术方案：它是由外套筒1、内套筒2、外切刀3、内切刀4、电机5、电机6组成；外套筒1的内部设有内套筒2，外套筒1的内壁周向上布满内切刀4，内套筒2的外壁周向上布满外切刀3，内切刀与外切刀间隔布置，内套筒2的下端通过转轴连接电机5，外套筒1的上端通过转轴连接电机6。 
本实用新型通过在外套筒与内套筒外侧设置电机，可实现外套筒与内套筒向相反方向旋转，具有较高的破碎效率，结构简单，成本低廉。
