背景技术
铜管加工企业的内螺纹铜管成型装置在运行时会产生很多油气，目前，此类油气是直接排放在车间内，不仅污染环境，而且浪费资源。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种内螺纹铜管成型装置用的油气收集装置。该收集装置不仅能够有效收集向空中散发的油，而且能使排出的气体更干净，有利于环境保护。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：
一种内螺纹铜管成型装置用的油气收集装置。包括油气罩和箱体两部分，油气罩的顶部通过带排气扇的导管与箱体顶部连通，箱体的顶部还设有排气管，底部设有带阀门的排油管，里面设有电热丝，用于对箱体里面的油气进行加热，便于残留油中的气体的散发，箱体的外面设有透明油管，用于观察箱体里面油量。
本实用新型具有结构简单，使用效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
对照图1可知，本实用新型包括油气罩1和箱体2两部分，油气罩1的顶部通过带排气扇3的导管4与箱体2顶部连通，箱体2的顶部还设有排气管5，底部设有带阀门的排油管6，里面设有电热丝7，用于对箱体里面的油气进行加热，箱体的外面设有透明油管8，用于观察箱体里面油量。
本实用新型工作原理如下：
油气罩安装在内螺纹铜管成型装置的上面，内螺纹铜管成型装置排出的油烟首先进入油气罩里，在排气扇的作用下，经导管进入箱体里面，进入箱体里面的油烟一部分废油掉入箱体底部，另一部分油气在电热丝的加热作用下，进入排气管，油气经过排气管时会自行冷却，一部分废油会顺着排气管壁掉入箱体底部，废气则直接从排气管排出。

1.一种内螺纹铜管成型装置用的油气收集装置，包括油气罩(1)和箱体(2)两部分，其特征是油气罩(1)的顶部通过带排气扇(3)的导管(4)与箱体(2)顶部连通，箱体(2)的顶部还设有排气管(5)，底部设有带阀门的排油管(6)，里面设有电热丝(7)，箱体的外面设有透明油管(8)。
