本实用新型涉及一种传动轴,尤其是一种新型传动轴。
背景技术
原传动轴中间连接结构由两段花键副连接,中间支架装配在中间花键轴上,起到支承传动轴的作用,后花键副起到传动轴长度伸缩补偿的作用。传动轴后节的后花键轴和滑动叉进行伸缩,这部分零件包括了中间支架、中间花键轴、中间连接叉、万向节、滑动叉和后花键轴。这种结构的传动轴零件种类多,加工工艺复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种简化结构,易加工的新型传动轴。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种新型传动轴,包括后花键轴,后花键轴上设有中间支架,后花键轴与滑动叉配合,滑动叉通过万向节与焊接叉连接。
实用新型有益的效果是:相比原传动轴结构,一、零件由中间花键轴和中间连接叉更换减少为一个焊接叉,而且焊接叉相比中间花键轴和中间连接叉加工工序少,易加工,制造成本大幅下降,同时有利于减少零件产品种类,降低管理成本;二、因零件及花键副的减少从而降低了传动轴出现故障的概率,提高传动轴的整体寿命;三、从传动轴动平衡角度因新型结构减少了一个花键副,从而减少了配合间隙提高了动平衡性能。

实施例:如图1,这种新型传动轴,包括后花键轴1,后花键轴1上设有中间支架2,后花键轴1与滑动叉3配合进行伸缩,这样使得后花键副即起到支承传动轴的作用,也起到补偿传动轴伸缩的作用,从而省略了中间花键副及相关零件,比原结构的零件加工工艺简单。滑动叉3通过万向节4与焊接叉5连接,相比原传动轴结构,中间支架部分零件中间花键轴和中间连接叉更换设计减少为一个焊接叉,降低了每套约40元左右的成本。同时,零件和花键副少在满足产品的性能前提下,还减少了产品的故障概率,从而减少三包费用,增加产品的可靠性。
